“No problems picking a car, checking out, and checking back in when I was finished with my rental. Helpful and efficent staff. No time wasted. I received a text message about my rental during my usage to make sure everthing was what I expected. I returned the message with a question and got a quick response from the customer service. I will use National again for my business or personal travel when needed.”

“If you have the great misfortune to be arriving by airplane in this terrible place ("metroplex" as they call it, a cutie-pie term to self-chacterize itself tells, you a lot about just how puffed up and pretentious is this new "world class city"). There are many annoyances you'll want to avoid once you exit the plane. Those motorized carts that carry disabled (or more likely $enabled) travelers who arrange a ride from one gate to another, could be quite a trek, can be quite intimidating as the drivers don't try to avoid the pedestrian traffic and instead simply hit the beeper to say gtfo. Hungry? don't worry there's plenty of good ole texas bbq and beer and little else in case you're looking for low-fat cuisine. But for my money the piece de resistance of all the dfw irritants is the rental car situation. I've tried them all and the one agency that routinely has the car you want, with mileage usually less than 20k and prices the cars at the same rate as the discounted grade b partners is Enterprise. Nothing more to say on this so take it or leave it.”
“Every one there was so kind and real with everything! I had doubts about getting a car after so many “you’re not approved” emails, texts, etc… BUT HUGE THANKS to Percy !! He got me in a car in mins??? everyone at the place is so cool and laid back I would recommend EVERYONE to come get their car from here! Thank you everyone else that also helped me !!”

“Enterprise, Grapevine, provided the best service I’ve ever encountered with a rental facility. From the beginning of my 39 day rental the staff was kind and helpful. They helped liaison with the insurance company to extend coverage when my car wasn’t finished at the repair shop. They helped get me into the rental that best fit my replacement. Upon return, they were exceptionally accommodating to my needs. A happy staff makes for a happy customer! Well done.”
“Overall not a terrible experience, but a little more direction from the individual directing cars coming in would be good. The lines were backed up to the entrance and he kept staring down at his phone and just waving people to the right. Then a large SUV comes and can hardly get in, I ended up moving my rental to a lane further to the right after he finally looked up and realized people could go further over.”
