She understood the issue immediately, bypassed the standard runaround, and worked directly with the maintenance team to get it resolved. She even called us back to give us an update that it was all set. After a miserable two days of being stuck, Katie saved the day. Exceptional customer service!”

“My truck broke down and the dealership directed me here for a rental. I didnt even know there was a rental place at the Gaylord Texan. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I can't remember her name, but she brought my rental to me (which was a brand new CT5) and we both had a moment in awe of how nice it was. She was very personable.
