“I rate this location a 10 out of 10. Employees are personable and professional. Rental process quick and easy, as was vehicle return. Vehicles are always clean and in great shape”
“Had to switch car because the wheel on the driver side kept losing air. Montana was great! He switched our rental and got us on our from Dallas back to Sai t Paul, with no issues. Thank you!”
“Can’t say enough good things about this company. Very easy to work with. Communication is good. The cars are great. I have many clients in Dallas and I have used them twice now. Will be back in Sept. highly recommend.”
“I wanted to give a shout out to Bri at the Avondale Collision Repair location. She was super helpful, very pleasant, and on point. She made the whole experience flawless. Hopefully your higher-up’s see this and give you a raise. You are well deserving of it. Thank you Bri.”
“I am writing to share my positive experience with my recent car rental. Booking the Budget vehicle through Costco Travel was highly efficient, and the entire rental process was exceptionally convenient. Both the vehicle pickup and drop-off procedures were seamless and straightforward. Thank you for providing such a streamlined and professional service.”

“I was nervous about renting from this Hertz location after reading the mixed reviews online, but I didn’t have a choice as this was the location assigned to me by my insurance. Overall, the experience was good. The Hertz counter is located inside the Convention center right by the front entrance. The hertz employee got the rental car and pulled it up to the front of the convention center for me after I checked in which was convenient. I am removing one star due to the stain on the driver seat and the vomit odor from the previous driver that lingered in the car throughout my rental period.”

“I wanted to send a quick thank you to the entire team at the Grapevine location. I recently rented a car for my child's college move, and your team took great care of us. The vehicle was clean and ran perfectly throughout the rental period.
The only challenge we faced was during pick-up, where we had to wait for about an hour. However, all of the Enterprise team members were courteous, easy to work with, and very eager to help.
Thank you for your great service.”
