“Our rental Tesla got stuck in valet mode 4 hours away from DFW, and we spent 5+ hours over two days calling dozens of Avis reps with zero help.
We finally reached Katie at the Grapevine location, and she was an absolute game-changer. She understood the issue immediately, bypassed the standard runaround, and worked directly with the maintenance team to get it resolved. She even called us back to give us an update that it was all set. After a miserable two days of being stuck, Katie saved the day. Exceptional customer service!”

“I purchased my A5 and Q7 from Audi Grapevine when I lived in Southlake. I've since moved outside of Austin and tried to purchase a Q8 from Audi North Austin. I inquired about their advertising internet pricing and was sent a quote that was almost double. I had an email from Riley Cooper at Audi Grapevine offering some incentives if I wanted to trade my Q7 in. I love 184 miles away but I thought I would see what they would offer. Riley worked with me on the web special and used various means to get to a very attractive price on the car I wanted. We did most of the paperwork over the phone and email. The following morning I drove up, did the final signatures, and was out of there in less than an hour with a great car at a very fair price. It was worth the 6-hour round trip drive for the car, price, and service I received. Audi North Austin could have put minimal effort in and made a sale (I get a new Audi every 2-3 years). I will continue to deal with Audi Grapevine, mostly due to the effort Riley and Dax put in to make me feel like a highly valued repeat customer.”

I can't remember her name, but she brought my rental to me (which was a brand new CT5) and we both had a moment in awe of how nice it was. She was very personable. “Trish and Sage literally saved our vacation. The Colony location called me 2 days before my trip and said they didn’t have any available cars- even though I reserved one way in advance. They also didn’t offer any solutions.
I contacted Grapevine Main St. location and they were able to put me in the vehicle I had originally reserved within a day’s notice. I will only reserve at this location from now on.”
