“I have been looking for a lighting fixture for my spa-like master bath for 6 months. It has been so frustrating as I simply could not find what I had been envisioning. When I went to Lee Lighting, Debra greeted me. She helped me navigate the showroom. As I explained my vision, showed her my finishes and explained my desire for blended materials (metal, glass and fabrics) she immediately went to work. Within 15 minutes she had pulled more than 7 options for me to consider. The minute I saw my ultimate fixture, I knew it was the one. Debra truly listened and curated a host of spot on options for me to consider. I am so excited to finally finish this last piece of my master bath. Could not have done it without Lee Lighting and Debra's expertise.”

“I wanted to share what a great experience I have been having lately at the Southlake Home Depot. John, Chris, and Jackie helped me pick up supplies for my son’s birthday and they were fantastic. They took the time to walk through options with me and really made sure I found everything I needed. It was one of those experiences where you can tell people actually care about helping rather than just pointing you to an aisle. I also have to thank Sandra for helping me with a mulch order when I was not able to pick it up on time because of my husband’s schedule. She handled everything so kindly and made what could have been a hassle incredibly easy. I grew up here and have always shopped at Home Depot. In the past there were definitely times when you might have to wait a bit for help or track someone down if you needed something. It never bothered me much because I have always liked their selection better than other stores. Lately though something has clearly changed. I cannot walk into the store without someone asking if I need help. The associates are friendly, proactive, and genuinely helpful. It feels like people actually care about the customers and want to make sure you find what you need. Whoever is leading that store right now is doing a great job. The difference in the level of service is noticeable and really appreciated. Thank you to everyone at the Southlake Home Depot for making shopping there such a positive experience.”

“I had an incredible experience at this Lowe’s thanks to Carter in the lumber department. I’m currently dealing with a torn ACL, and Carter went above and beyond by helping me hand-pick the best straight boards and handling all the heavy lifting and cutting. I’ve been to many other stores where getting help is a struggle, but the service here was top-notch. I received help from other staff to load all my lumber, stones, whatever I biught that day. Truly grateful for all the help. Thanks everyone. Huge shoutout to the staff here.”

“Today I went to this store and needed help in the gardening department, I walked to the front of the store and there was a young girl standing at the register, helping people check out she looked at me and asked if I needed help. I told her yes if she could get someone to help me over there she said I can help you and she walked me through to the garden entrée helped me pick out where I wanted and then took me back to get checked out. I do know that that was not her job, but that was the best Customer Service I have ever had in that store her name was Amy. She was very friendly, sweet and my grandfather who was with me said that he has seen her in there a couple of times and he’s always very helpful to him also, that’s what Customer Service is about. I would say look for Amy and she’ll help you with anything.”

“I have never experienced an issue at this Home Depot, and every visit has been positive. Everything is always where it says it is in the app. Pro Desk is very helpful every time I have needed them. It's always very easy to apply tax exemption for my nonprofit, and everyone has always been very happy to assist with that. The store is also always very clean and tidy - which I appreciate, especially when shopping for long stock and other similar items. I will say the caged items make the shopping trips take a little longer, but I can understand why they are necessary.”

“I do NOT get all the hate for this location. The only thing I find unsatisfactory is the parking lot, but that is just that it is in a busy shopping area and that is how it is. I mostly come for garden whatnots. And frankly, this Lowes has the best garden whatnots of any of the other stores in the area. Better than Southlake, South Arlington, Hurst, all of ya! I have bought plants, seeds, pots, and said whatnots. It is always well organized, stocked, and also their plants have been taken care of. I said mostly garden whatnots but I also come in occasionally for command hooks, a broom, a power drill and a sink plunger. I love that I can look things up on their website and it will tell me exactly what row and bay where it is located. I walk in there knowing where I am going and exactly what I am looking for. This is a big place and knowing exactly where I am going is super useful. My only complaint is that they seem to have gone fully self checkout inside. You can still get someone to ring you up in the garden center, but you are out of luck in the AC.”

“I ordered 960 Pavestone pavers from the Keller, TX Lowe's. I worked directly with Martin in fulfillment. Martin was very knowledgeable and willing to help me fulfill my order. Martin worked diligently to first find the paver, then secure them for delivery to my home. Martin is one of the rare customer service representatives who really cares about your needs. Lowes, please recognize this young man, whatever you are paying him, he is worth a whole lot more.”

“5 stars for Linda! I was hoping my online order would be ready by late afternoon. When I went to pick it up, Linda was there and ready to help. She dashed outta there and personally picked my order so I was able to check in and go in less than 5 minutes. She made my day by going above and beyond so I could do the job I needed to do that day.”

“I really like this home depot location. It has what I need, it's clean, and everyone's so nice and helpful. Ben, Tom, and Noah were great! They were above and beyond helpful, professional, and made it a really good experience. Yeah for most folks, home depot is where handy folks hide from their family obligations for an hour each weekend, but this one is pretty awesome. I'll be back to do more hiding and shopping.”

“Rickey in the fridge section recently helped us purchase a new fridge after an absolute nightmare working with Samsung. He was very informative, helpful and friendly! He made us trust in this purchase by thoroughly explaining the extended warranty with us that we added on. When we complained of our old fridge, he let us know about an option to pay to haul it out when they deliver the new one. We were dreading having to deal with that so we were super grateful! Despite his attention to detail, the process was very fast and efficient. Now as for the delivery itself, that was also the best delivery I’ve ever received from a big store. They were very respectful, removed the door swiftly to get the fridge inside, got it set up and ready to go for us. We didn’t even pay for set up! They were just really nice guys. When we have to buy a new appliance, we’ll be going with Lowe’s and hopefully Rickey!”
