Employees show a genuine enjoyment of their jobs and work together to find solutions. The Pro Desk provides a great experience with impeccable customer service, efficiently handling orders with many moving parts and setting up deliveries. Customers report never having a bad experience, with service so positive it almost makes you not want to leave. However, some appliance displays are not installed correctly and cannot be opened, while others are blocked by merchandise.
Preslee helped me at the register when mu card wasn't work. She was very kind and helpful and explained what I needed to do.

Had what I needed and at a good price. I had a staff member walk up to me within 3 minutes of entering the store and ask if they could direct me to what I was after. Vert clean and well maintained store.
