“I’ve had multiple interactions with this business the two gentlemen that you will deal with honest and they know what they’re talking about. I was very surprised when they knew about foreign vehicles as an Independent advanced engine performance specialist I can see straight through the bullshit, but there was none of that. They do go above and beyond and that’s an understatement. If you take your vehicle here you know for sure that you will get way much better and a piece of mine then you would at a dealership or anywhere else. If you have a vehicle doesn’t matter what type of vehicle it is they can actually do it. They’re very well equipped and the diversity there. I love it. They literally do everything that a dealership does much more cheaper for the same quality if not actually better they believe in this saying that we all know if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it they don’t care about the money as in if you tell them you want this done, but it doesn’t need to be touched. They will tell you it does not need to be fixed or touched. They’re not money hungry they’re very convenient. There is not enough good things to say about this business so if I would have to recommend, I would recommend them to My performance buddies in this industry including my personal friends and anybody else I love this place. I love the people that work here now we’re family.”

I had been hearing my brakes grinding. I picked up new pads and rotors, all the way around, prior to arriving, had them in the back seat. Spoke with Mo. fantastic guy, with great customer service skills. He was very friendly, and knew exactly what he was talking about. Left the truck in their hands,
I got a text back, in an hour and a half, (exactly as stated, which I wasn’t sure was possible) saying your vehicle is ready. Brakes are perfect. Thanks TSSC, for being dependable, I’ll be back”

“What an amazing Saturday I’ve spent at Mavis with Vanessa! She’s been such a blessing! Her and Mr. Mike took the time out to replace my 2 front tires. During the process Mike noticed that my CV shaft and inner tire rod were leaking. It was almost closing time and they actually took the time out to order the parts, replace them and do my alignment! “I submitted an online quote request at 7:45am and they responded at 8:26am. The price was fair and commented they would only repair the bad part if that is all that was required. I dropped off my truck at 9:15am, they texted with an updated diagnostic at 9:41am, and the vehicle was ready by 10:15am. There was minor problem on pickup that they fixed while i waited for no additional charge.”

The QT air pump was malfunctioning, letting air OUT of our tires, instead of filling them. We were feeling hopeless but after Josue helped us out, we were so encouraged. He was especially compassionate to give us a discount upon learning of my young niece's death. A gesture not needed, but profound. “Mike's Offroad installed a BesTop *eTop* on my new Jeep. To be honest, I was a little nervous about having it installed, but after speaking with the staff at Mike's offroad, they set my worries at ease. They installed it perfectly without complications and I'm very happy with the quality of their work.
I could tell from speaking with them that they actually care about their work, and about customer satisfaction. A+ rating from me and would recommend them if you need some work done on your vehicle.
They also went above and beyond. The guys who installed my car audio system left a lot of the hidden wires a jumbled mess when they installed. When the guys at Mike's Offroad saw it, they straightened it all out, put some wire seperators on it and cleaned the mess for me, which I do appreciate very much. My personality is to be very organized and tidy.
