“This shop is the best! I took my dads 57' in for major repairs following his passing. During that time, we had a tendency to unintentionally neglect the car.
Mo' Muscle was able to address and fix all my concerns and kept me updated throughout the process. The staff, specifically Steve, Adam and Blake are awesome and their passion for cars shines through in their work. If you love your classic, don't settle for anybody else. Trust me.”
“I was t-boned. It was the other driver's fault and their insurance company suggested this place. They were wonderful about texting me updates. Every single person I have spoken with was polite, professional, and pleasant. However, my car was returned with industrial tape residue all across the top. It does not come off with water. There were also 3 dents in the rear panel of my car on the side where I was t-boned. It looks like where a clamp was used. They returned the car on Friday night. It was dark and I couldn't see the issues. I returned on Saturday and the woman that was there was helpful and professional. She took photos and said someone would contact me today. I have called twice and have been getting. The run around. I really wanted to like this place. But they had to see the residue and the damage, yet they just returned the car and not acting with any sense of urgency to reme8this situation. I returnedy rental, which you can conveniently do here. Geez, if my car were fixed right, this would be a glowing 5 star review. But trying to give me back a vehicle with damage that wasn't there prior to the accident and if it were caused by the accident, it went unrepaired. If they fix my issue and solve my rental problem, I will recisit this. However, returning a dirty car with damage is unacceptable.
****UPDATE: I was contacted by Carstar and they scheduled the repairs. I just picked up my car today and they fixed the problems I had. Jolie was so kind and patient. With their corrections l, I am very happy l. There was constant contact and updates, the employees are professional and helpful, and my car looks sweet and drives well. I am now very happy.”
