“I was having an issue with my tail lights and called the dealer and several other locations to try and get it diagnosed quickly. Unfortunately, none could assist until next week and required drop off. Called this location and they said to bring it in. They hooked it up, diagnosed, and fixed that day - in an hour actually and that was only because I had another lovely customer in front of me. Great service, nice people, and very knowledgeable. “Excellent experience!!!My baby (car) got into a minor accident, and needed body work for repairs. I am very happy to say that the vehicle looks PERFECT following the repairs performed by Classic Collision!I am OCD when it comes to my car. This makes me particularly hard to deal with…. However, the team and management at the local Classic Collision branch in Magnolia were amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. I could tell they took pride in their work. After dealing with the shop, they have earned my trust. I will absolutely use this shop for any future body-work/repair needs!Also, after reviewing the repair bill, the prices they charge for the high quality work is very reasonable!!
