“I came into this rental more cautious than usual, so I made a point to document the vehicle carefully at pickup and again when I returned it after hours. In the end, though, my experience with this Enterprise location was genuinely excellent from start to finish.
Dion was my first point of contact. When I called to confirm the reservation, the vehicle class I had originally booked wasn’t available. Without hesitation, he offered to move me up to the next tier—a pickup truck—while still honoring the original price.
When I arrived, we ran into another issue: Enterprise required a credit card for pickup, and I only had a debit card with me. Instead of letting that become a roadblock, Dion worked through it and got me into the midsize vehicle I had originally reserved. What stood out most was that he focused on the real need—I just needed reliable transportation for my family—and made sure that was taken care of.
The rest of the rental was smooth. The vehicle performed exactly as expected, the after-hours return process was simple, and the final receipt matched the rental with no surprises. My deposit release was initiated promptly and already showed as pending back in my account the same day. There were no unexpected damage or cleaning charges at closeout.
Overall, Dion and the Conroe team were practical, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. They went beyond the minimum to make sure everything worked out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this location again the next time I need a rental.”
