“Just wanted to share some love for the 242 UPS branch– it's seriously the best! I've always had a ton of packages to send (both personal returns and business shipments) and this place just makes the whole process so smooth and fast.Also, shoutout to Jesse – the man is a legend. Always on top of things, super quick, and mega efficient. But even when I get a different team member, they're still super fast compared to other UPS joints. (*cough cough the Spring branch*) So yeah, I prefer this branch over the one by my work because everyone tries to get you out of there as fast as possible.And about those negative reviews mentioning Destiny– I don't get it? I've had nothing but positive interactions with her. She's always kind and ready to help. Honestly, I've had ZERO bad experiences with any staff member in this branch actually. Kudos to the entire team!”

“The women that run this location as so friendly and patient. They’re willing to talk a customer through step by step even if the store has a line. They don’t get flustered when there’s a line and don’t make you feel rushed when it’s your turn at the counter.I’ve seen Sandra practically hold an older woman’s hand through an Amazon return process. I can only imagine that made her life so much easier. I really appreciate their customer service.”

“I don’t usually write reviews but I had to come on here and give kudos to storage 105 for how they interact with disabled customers. I am partially deaf and sometimes have trouble with phone conversations. I had to call storage 105 to inquire about renting a unit for my elderly father and Sarah was very kind. I explained to her that I’m hearing impaired and told her I’m sorry but I may need her to speak louder than she usually would. She told me there was no need to apologize and she would be happy to help me. She was loud, clear and very respectful over the phone. As a disabled person I am very appreciative of businesses that assist me with kindness and patience. Thank you Storage 105”
