“The Postal Annex is an outstanding place to secure a postal box and do everyday mailing. Leah is an outstanding employee and just a great person to see almost everyday when we drop our mail off. Leah is very friendly and just a great person to talk with. We have renewed our postal box there just to see Leah and say hello, lol. “This was my first time visiting this store. It has to be the friendliest mail store I've ever been to. Much better than the US Post Offices. They greeted everyone upon entering and went out of their way to assist me, as im physically disabled. The went above and beyond normal courtesy and customer service. I will be using them instead of USPS or FedEx from now on. Please try them as it's rare to have an enjoyable experience anywhere anymore. Plus, they have the cutest and friendly mascot behind the counter!”

Sometimes there is a line and only one person working the counter which, I feel is unfair to them and the customers. At busy times I do feel there needs to be two people. Other than that, I like going to this UPS store.”

“I was trying to ship a small package to my best friend in Italy but next week and I'm not sure if the paperwork was done incorrectly or what, but after spending $266.42, now there is a Vat tax of $35.87. There should not even be a fee, this is $302.29 just for the sake of sending a friend a gift that I feel I'm being punished for at this point. My takeaway from this is definitely don't send anything to Europe from the US if you can help it even through FedEx. Now let's revisit, Wednesday, September 9th at 12:26 p.m. where I felt like I was being badgered by the young lady at the register about what was inside of my package. I understand that they need to ask to make sure That we're not sending batteries or firearms, but being asked more than once was extremely rude! I was also on my lunch break during my work hours because that was the quickest and easiest time I could go at the time. I also get that cost have gone up but feel like I was basically robbed for trying to send something to a good friend of mine that she now has to pay for and her country because of possible errors with paperwork and processing. It is possible the young lady was probably just not wanting to get in trouble, but I don't feel like it should cost almost $300 to ship something just because it's through FedEx. I get that there's things by weight. I mean that's the fundamentals of shipping and receiving 101. But this is just absolutely insane, inexpensive as hell!”

I went to this store a few days after Christmas and was greeted by smiling faces as soon as I walked through the door, which was quite shocking to me since this is their busiest time of the year. They helped me check in my packages while asking how my holiday was (going the extra mile). I will definitely be back for any of my shipping needs.”

“I honestly don't understand why this store has understand 4 stars!!!??? Yall crazy! Lemme recommend you to the BEST UPS store EVER! YOU WANT TO GO HERE. I AM NOT impressed with Conroe postal service as a local but UPS I KNOW will get my packages sent to family wrapped well, delivered and the employees are just wonderful folks. I grew up on the east coast with a trusted local UPS store and so it is fantastic to find a store with equal caliber of warmth, understanding and teamwork recommendations on printing too for some of my crazy art projects. I intend to keep my business with this location. We'll done all of you. Keep up thr great work!”

“It's inside michaels you just have to ask the workers there. I made a return and drop it off there. They didnt get to print my receipt because the worker was probably new, but I took a photo of the tracking from their phone. Everything went well and the workers are nice to help.”

“This place does everything. I get blueprints copied here often. Reasonable pricing and generally no waiting. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Some of the customers can be difficult, but from my observations it's not the staff fault that the customer doesn't know about what they can and can't ship or how the recipient will accept returns and such. Amazon, for example, has different rules for different kinds of returns. This place handles bad situations carefully and gracefully. They can only do what they are allowed to do, anything else would get your package lost or rejected by the recipient. These people are great at helping you navigate the complicated process from most online retailers like Amazon and eBay. They don't lie and aren't being difficult. They are more than willing to help. Don't take your frustrations out on them, they are seriously trying to help.”

“I wanted to leave a review because this UPS Store really helped me out this week. I returned a clothing rental package and the tracking number never updated, so I was convinced the package had been lost. I went back to the store pretty frazzled trying to figure out what happened, and the owner was incredibly kind and reassuring. He took the time to help me look into it and assured me the package would either be scanned or returned to me. He ended up being absolutely right because the package did make its way back to me, and it turned out the issue was completely my own error. Beyond this situation, I use this location often for Amazon returns and international shipments, and they are always prompt, professional, and genuinely kind. Really appreciate the customer service here.”
