“Just wanted to share some love for the 242 UPS branch– it's seriously the best! I've always had a ton of packages to send (both personal returns and business shipments) and this place just makes the whole process so smooth and fast.Also, shoutout to Jesse – the man is a legend. Always on top of things, super quick, and mega efficient. But even when I get a different team member, they're still super fast compared to other UPS joints. (*cough cough the Spring branch*) So yeah, I prefer this branch over the one by my work because everyone tries to get you out of there as fast as possible.And about those negative reviews mentioning Destiny– I don't get it? I've had nothing but positive interactions with her. She's always kind and ready to help. Honestly, I've had ZERO bad experiences with any staff member in this branch actually. I went to this store a few days after Christmas and was greeted by smiling faces as soon as I walked through the door, which was quite shocking to me since this is their busiest time of the year. “The women that run this location as so friendly and patient. They’re willing to talk a customer through step by step even if the store has a line. They don’t get flustered when there’s a line and don’t make you feel rushed when it’s your turn at the counter.I’ve seen Sandra practically hold an older woman’s hand through an Amazon return process. I’ve been to dozens all over the US.However, I’m not sure what the magic is at this location that everyone is always in a great mood and happy to help.Have done printing, dropped stuff for shipping, picked large items up from there for work, and haven’t had an issue once. “Update: A few minutes after posting the review there was a response by UPS to call their customer support number, or reach out through social media. I went to their Facebook page and messaged them with this information and uploaded turn by turn directions with images of the community maps. Someone named Eleanor replied and indicated the information would be forwarded to the local UPS office. Not too much later the previously undeliverable package arrived!To tell the truth I wasn't expecting much, but was very surprised at the responsiveness! Updating to 5 stars for the service. Thanks Eleanor!Recently moved into a new home community by Meritage in Conroe, TX that doesn't show up in Google maps yet. However, the US Postal service lists my address and makes mail and package deliveries.I can provide UPS with maps of the community with addresses. Who can I contact to help resolve delivery issues for the whole community?”

“I don’t usually write reviews but I had to come on here and give kudos to storage 105 for how they interact with disabled customers. I am partially deaf and sometimes have trouble with phone conversations. I had to call storage 105 to inquire about renting a unit for my elderly father and Sarah was very kind. I explained to her that I’m hearing impaired and told her I’m sorry but I may need her to speak louder than she usually would. She told me there was no need to apologize and she would be happy to help me. She was loud, clear and very respectful over the phone.
