“I honestly don't understand why this store has understand 4 stars!!!??? Yall crazy! Lemme recommend you to the BEST UPS store EVER! YOU WANT TO GO HERE. I AM NOT impressed with Conroe postal service as a local but UPS I KNOW will get my packages sent to family wrapped well, delivered and the employees are just wonderful folks. I grew up on the east coast with a trusted local UPS store and so it is fantastic to find a store with equal caliber of warmth, understanding and teamwork recommendations on printing too for some of my crazy art projects. “I struggled with putting my Bissell vacuum back in the box, so I took a chance and drove 35 miles to a full service FedEx. When I arrived , I was initially told that they don’t normally repackage items in their original boxes. The male supervisor dressed in tan came over and took about 15 seconds and showed me how the bottom of the vacuum should fit in the box, which I appreciated. His helpful energy quickly shifted and I was left standing while he attended to other priorities. At that point I was confused and felt somewhat helpless, until luckily my initial point of contact (Jazmin) came back to check on me, and assist me with my vacuum. We worked together and figured it out, and my package is thankfully in the mail. I appreciate Jazmin for her very upbeat, kind, and welcoming attitude helping me until I was able to fit the item in the box and close the box. She displayed the customer oriented and leadership quality that I modeled during my 13 years of retail management, and what I expected from my employees at the time, emphasizing that every customer counts. If she would not have helped me, I probably would have left disappointed after driving 35 to get to the location. Five stars for Jazmin!!”
“By far the best business customer service at a shipping store that I have experienced. I went to this store a few days after Christmas and was greeted by smiling faces as soon as I walked through the door, which was quite shocking to me since this is their busiest time of the year. They helped me check in my packages while asking how my holiday was (going the extra mile). I will definitely be back for any of my shipping needs.”
“This place does everything. I get blueprints copied here often. Reasonable pricing and generally no waiting. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Some of the customers can be difficult, but from my observations it's not the staff fault that the customer doesn't know about what they can and can't ship or how the recipient will accept returns and such. Amazon, for example, has different rules for different kinds of returns. This place handles bad situations carefully and gracefully. They can only do what they are allowed to do, anything else would get your package lost or rejected by the recipient. These people are great at helping you navigate the complicated process from most online retailers like Amazon and eBay. They don't lie and aren't being difficult. They are more than willing to help. Don't take your frustrations out on them, they are seriously trying to help.”
“I wanted to leave a review because this UPS Store really helped me out this week. I returned a clothing rental package and the tracking number never updated, so I was convinced the package had been lost. I went back to the store pretty frazzled trying to figure out what happened, and the owner was incredibly kind and reassuring. He took the time to help me look into it and assured me the package would either be scanned or returned to me. He ended up being absolutely right because the package did make its way back to me, and it turned out the issue was completely my own error.
Beyond this situation, I use this location often for Amazon returns and international shipments, and they are always prompt, professional, and genuinely kind. Really appreciate the customer service here.”
“I’ve visited this location many times and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always patient, friendly, and super helpful. They move quickly, and when there’s no line, I’m in and out in under a minute! Huge shoutout to Destiny and Jesse for being absolutely amazing and always providing top-notch service! Highly recommend this location.”
