“Erika was exceptionally knowledgeable, very kind and listened to what I was actually wanting for my needs to replace my 8 year old phone. I went in to get help with my phone because it was going on the blink after I had installed an app that kept popping up telling me I needed it. After doing do, I started getting corrupt notifications. She went in and fmcirrected the problem. While there I decided it was time for a new phone. She was very helpful and walked me through everything, transfered everything off my phone to the new one and haven't missed a kick so far. This lady deserves an award for her service!

“I recently switched carriers and purchased new phones at this store. Initially, I just stopped in for information. Sean was the sales specialist I spoke with and he so expertly and professionally fielded my questions and worked up estimated costs that I was sold! I made an appointment to return the next weekend. Sean handled the switch over and phone purchases smoothly and easily, and offered to transfer the data from the old phones, which we gladly accepted! This is not the most convenient location to where I live, but for the outstanding and super friendly service here, I will always return to this store. The entire team is great!”

“This store was awesome. We went to the store on West Davis before we were so frustrated with West Davis staff. We were so surprised at the one off 3083. They were awesome and so helpful. May I suggest west Davis staff be retrained. They are the most unsatisfactory staff. 3083 store said they have heard of the many complaints. Verizon do better and investigate”
