“I had the best experience I’ve ever had while purchasing a phone! And I cannot say enough good things about Ramon. He was so professional and personable. I came in a little before closing and could have easily asked me to come in another day but he chose to stay past closing making sure my phone was set up and ready to go. He found the best promotion for me and even added a teacher’s discount! I love my phone & could not be happier! He is definitely my new Verizon go to! He’s been at this location for many years. “Omar at the AT&T off Loop 336 was seriously the best! I usually have trouble with service at AT&T stores and most of the time people aren’t very helpful and try to just send you on your way, but he was so patient and friendly and very helpful. He answered all our questions, walked my mom through how to add me as an authorized user over the phone, he also gave me advice on how to move forward and what to do once we leave the store, which is where most customer service fails . Everything was quick, easy, and stress-free. Such a great experience — highly recommend him!”

“This place helped me to get my ACP discount by filling out and filing the application for me. They accepted my VA identification card as the verification document needed to get approved. They also got me hooked up with this brand new tablet for only $50. After my ACP discount, the monthly service for this tablet is free. The phone I got from them was supposed to cost about $230 for phone and activation, combined, but they sold it to me for $120, the price of the basic free phone (phones with only 64g). My total monthly payment for unlimited service on both devices is only $70 a month. Couldn't ask for a better deal. Thanks, Metro by T-Mobile.”

“Josh (last name unknown) is a manager there, he gave me a card but I misplaced it unfortunately.
Josh was very helpful. He was patient w me when I arrived w a ‘dead’ phone to turn in. He pulled out a charger and gave me assurance that I was not being a nuisance or anything. Josh was extremely knowledgeable regarding my device and the process of turning in a phone. I had no idea I needed to turn off the ‘Find My iPhone’ app in order to be able to turn in my device. The phone I was turning in was really messed up and was glitching badly. It took a little while (over 30 mins) to get the feature turned off and Josh never showed any sort of frustration or annoyance. In fact he joked around with me and lightened the mood. He even took the time to look at my own phone and assisted me in fixing my safari browser screen layout. Hands Down Best Experience in a phone store EVER!!!”

“This store was awesome. We went to the store on West Davis before we were so frustrated with West Davis staff. We were so surprised at the one off 3083. They were awesome and so helpful. May I suggest west Davis staff be retrained. They are the most unsatisfactory staff. 3083 store said they have heard of the many complaints. Verizon do better and investigate”
