“I cannot recommend this place enough! They are so nice and squeeze you in at any cost! I went in on a friday night at about 7:30pm to get the back of my 14pro replaced. They had it done in about an hour. I paid & left, noticed a crack and immediately returned to the store. She went ahead and replaced it at NO COST!!! I was adamant on paying at least the new glass but she politely refused and took care of it! She let me know she would need 15 minutes past 9 but it would be ready for me ASAP. Keep in mind, the close at 9pm! Needless to say, great prices and even better customer service!!!”
“Omar at the AT&T off Loop 336 was seriously the best! I usually have trouble with service at AT&T stores and most of the time people aren’t very helpful and try to just send you on your way, but he was so patient and friendly and very helpful. He answered all our questions, walked my mom through how to add me as an authorized user over the phone, he also gave me advice on how to move forward and what to do once we leave the store, which is where most customer service fails . Everything was quick, easy, and stress-free. Such a great experience — highly recommend him!”
“This was a wonderful experience. I was afraid to stop in that area alone. I think its just an older area. Maybe not as shady as I was thinking it was. This location was inside a meat market/grocery store; the lady working the store with in a store was smiling and so kind. She put me at ease! She took care of my issue quickly and efficiently.
