“Shyanne did an amazing job with our newly adopted dog, Freyja. She came from the shelter covered in mats and burrs, and her first groom could have been overwhelming. Instead, Shyanne made it a positive experience, gave her a super cute cut, and handled everything with patience and care.
I especially appreciated how well they listened to my concerns and took the time to provide feedback afterward. Freyja looked fantastic, and I left feeling confident she had been well cared for. We'll definitely be back!”

I don’t know what Pet Supplies Plus is feeding these things, but they’re basically the Wagyu beef of feeder insects. My bearded dragon hears the bag crinkle and starts acting like Gordon Ramsay just opened a restaurant in the living room.
The rest of the store is honestly fantastic too. Friendly staff, super helpful, clean, and they always have what you need. But let’s be real… who gives a damn about any of that when the crickets are this good?”

“Ryan has been training Maggie since she was a puppy, and he's been amazing. You can tell he loves what he does and cares about every dog he works with. He’s patient, knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and makes the classes so fun.
Maggie loves him so much! We've seen such a difference in her and are grateful for his help. The classes are great, and the whole PetSmart staff has always been friendly and helpful.
