“This will be my new go to. I hate going to the Conroe post office on 105. I'll support this small buisness especially since they have a cute little dog in there as a company employee haha. Loved the experience. Post office qr scanner on the self service kiosk was down, as usual. Came here and no problem! 5+ ?”

“I was going to write a bad review but changed my mind because I got a more efficient lady than the manager. I went to the post office to ask for a mailbox key two months ago. I was told it would take four weeks which is fine with me but after six weeks I have not received anything. I went to the post office. The gentleman manning the counter told me the postman would bring my mail that was on hold the next day and I still have not received anything. I called the 1800 number and was helped by a nice lady. I got an email from the manager which I reply to no avail. I sent four more emails to no avail. Today I called 1800 and then 936. I got a lady who took care of everything quickly. I received my mailbox keys within two hours. I wish I had asked her name because she took care of business unlike the manager. Thank you very much ma'am. The five stars belong to you.”

“Today we visited the USPS office in Willis. My little family of 4 needed our passports. The staff was polite efficient and friendly to all who walked in. We had an appointment and we were seen super fast. The woman who helped us was very nice and answered all our questions. Thank you to the Willis USPS office for making passport paperwork process not at daunting as I imagined it could be.”

“This office appears to transfer Items faster to the North Houston Bulk mail center faster than conroe main, that could just be the luck of the draw, however I am going to do more comparisons, it could be that this location has a better staff to volume of mail ratio.. I know fmduring Memorial Day Conroe Main package drop had overflowed, I didnt want to leave my ebay outbound package unsecured, I was able to securely drop here.”
