“Always have excellent service here. Depending on what time you go the line can get a little long a times. Went one time as soon as they opened and the line was out the door. Went one time around 3 and walked right in with no line.”
“Today we visited the USPS office in Willis. My little family of 4 needed our passports. The staff was polite efficient and friendly to all who walked in. We had an appointment and we were seen super fast. The woman who helped us was very nice and answered all our questions. Thank you to the Willis USPS office for making passport paperwork process not at daunting as I imagined it could be.”
“Have had very good service here on several occasions. I would like to acknowledge an employee named Tish she went out of her way to open both sets of. Doors for me when I had my hands full And also a broken arm. She is very personable and kind. She helped locate appropriate boxes for mailing my items.”

“This was my first time visiting this store. It has to be the friendliest mail store I've ever been to. Much better than the US Post Offices. They greeted everyone upon entering and went out of their way to assist me, as im physically disabled. The went above and beyond normal courtesy and customer service. I will be using them instead of USPS or FedEx from now on. Please try them as it's rare to have an enjoyable experience anywhere anymore.
Plus, they have the cutest and friendly mascot behind the counter!”
