Usually a bit messy, often unattended kids running about in and out of the clothing racks and adults sitting idlel on furniture to be sold. The cashiers tend to be ho-hum, very slow about shortening long lines of customers waiting to check out.

I visit this store yesterday and I had a wonderful experience with KC and the cashier ringing me up. They went above and beyond and they have great customer service skills. Thank you for all that you do young ladies.
