“I got a vintage day bed style trundle frame for my daughter.
BUT, when I arrived to pick it up (as arranged yesterday when it wouldn’t fit into my SUV), no one seemed to know where it was. Once we finally located it, I was asked to help move other furniture that was in front of it. Even though I shouldn’t have, I couldn’t refuse. There is no one there to help the elderly women running the store.
My advice? Bring help if you plan to make a purchase.”

“I went to Ashley furniture online, looking for bedroom furniture, ie: nightstand, dresser drawer. Online, I saw a pair of nightstands for $199. This was misleading. When I went into the store, I find out they're $199 each. When I mentioned what I saw online they said no. I applied for financing. Got pre-approval with options for 6, 12, or 18 months to pay. Also, not true. I did get approved for a decent amount, but I didn't use it all bcuz I didn't like the terms, but very appreciative about the approval.”
“I had a great experience since day one. When we went to the store the lady was very friendly and helpful. She helped us pick a color and material. She took the time to explain and was so nice. Finally the 3 guys that installed my floor were so detailed, cleaned and professional. Leo, Javier and mr. García. They took the time to explain the installation and help me with recommendations on how things would just look better. I was so happy with their service. They were on time and did what they promised. Great job all floors and more!”

“Usually a bit messy, often unattended kids running about in and out of the clothing racks and adults sitting idlel on furniture to be sold. The cashiers tend to be ho-hum, very slow about shortening long lines of customers waiting to check out.”

Even though she looked really busy, she was patient, friendly, and had a great attitude. She made my shopping experience much easier and went above and beyond to help. “This is my new favorite boutique! The clothes are unique and versatile. The jewelry is so beautiful and a lot of it is handmade by artists! I’ve bought the honest cotton pants in the black, gray, brown and mustard colors and I love them! Besides edgy, they’re so comfortable! Additionally, the vibe here is upbeat with the nice vintage music playing and retro styles as well as modern. The customer service is exceptional as the ladies are always genuinely happy to help every time I come in. Great place! I’m always impressed with the great finds!”
