Finally the 3 guys that installed my floor were so detailed, cleaned and professional. Leo, Javier and mr. García. They took the time to explain the installation and help me with recommendations on how things would just look better. I was so happy with their service. They were on time and did what they promised. “Lots of wonderful options but I can never find anyone on the floor to help with questions or locating things. It’s a rather large store, so it seems as if they may be either understaffed or have so much to do that. They’re coming on and off the floor at a rate that makes customer service difficult to upkeep. Whenever I do find customer service representatives. They are always kind and helpful, but it is difficult to find them.”

“Love this store always has the best stuff and super cute, prices aren't to bad. I wish theybwould get there lines better controlled they are always so long. 20 minutes to move to a register is difficult when you have spine issues. Besides the 1 complaint I LOVE ROSS!!!”

I’ve bought the honest cotton pants in the black, gray, brown and mustard colors and I love them! Besides edgy, they’re so comfortable! Additionally, the vibe here is upbeat with the nice vintage music playing and retro styles as well as modern.
