“This move involved, moving my elderly mother from Georgetown, Texas to the Woodlands, Texas. I witnessed the entire move from pick up to delivery and must say I was amazed by how professional and hard-working the movers were. He and the crew went above and beyond. When they arrived at the destination, they did not just drop everything off and run, but spent extra time in unpackaging items that would need to be used immediately, such as the bed and the sofa and more. “I needed to rent a storage unit for my neighborhood HOA, and this was the location we chose. Talked to Bryan on the phone several times, and he was very detailed and patient as I asked questions. Went in to the office to fill out paperwork and get started, and Miss Donna was very pleasant, patiently explained the paperwork I was filling out, and once that was all done, was a wonderful guide as she showed me where my storage unit was.
All in all, this has been a fantastic experience, and I plan to utilize this as our storage unit for the foreseeable future!!”

Management answered all questions and even sent me a clear map with instructions to make my move in easier. During my stay there was an issue with billing but they worked with me to get it resolved. Update: CubeSmart called us on 8/5/24 to ask us to come into the facility. The inside storage units had been damaged due to a burglary the night before. We came down from Colorado to remove all our belongings after 45 units had been hit. We lost several of our possessions. Their insurance company requires photos and original receipts of the items taken. Some items taken were too old to have an original receipt. So no coverage. We haven’t heard anything from the sheriff’s department to date. 10/1/24. “Secure storage” is a relative term.”

WM&S made our big move feel surprisingly easy—and dare I say, even enjoyable? From start to finish, their team (and the amazing owner) went above and beyond.
We moved from a 4 bed, 3 bath home to another of similar size, and the whole process took three days. I couldn’t have done it without them!
Day 1 was all about packing (worth every penny—seriously, let the pros do it). Day 2 was a mix of packing and moving, and they even disassembled our furniture with care.
Day 3 was mostly moving the remaining items, reassembling furniture, and hooking up appliances—yes, they actually got everything set up for us. Huge relief!
They also offer unpacking services and will haul away all the boxes and tissue paper, which is a total game-changer if you tend to let those boxes linger longer than you’d like to admit (guilty!).
Highly recommend WM&S if you’re looking for a smooth move with friendly pros who truly care.”
“I was actually shocked at the ease of this process and the accommodating nature of the sales personnel to allow me to go and look at the units and decide which I was interested in. I looked at 4 different facilities and they were all clean, well maintained, and had quality security measures in place.
The app is easy to use for getting the gate open quickly when pulling a trailer so you’re not sticking out in the road or having to get out of the vehicle to punch in a code.”
