I did not use the service, but I watched my friend trying to move the service to a different date. The customer service made him contact the company they subcontracted himself. Good customer service would have been to make the arrangements themselves. This is outrageous.

I’ve rented a U-Box and vehicles here. Purchased moving supplies as well. The staff has been professional and helpful each time. The U-Box scheduling, delivery and pickup was all handled very well between the local staff and U-Box schedulers on the phone.
