“The manager, Bambi, and the staff greatly care for the residents. Safety is a priority, and the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Crime is very minimal here. The truth is there is no apartment complex in America. That does not have some crime. Gated or not. What I can say is there are no violent crimes that happen here. No Street thugs or shady folks walking around. Cars have been broken into, but it's few far and in between. If you own a Kia or Hyundai, it's not a matter of if, more like when. Don't be upset at the apartment complex; be mad at the poor security your car manufacturer provided. I have kids, and I highly recommend living here.”
“I toured the property and it was really nice. The grounds were well maintained the office personnel were very helpful and friendly. When I was shown the unit it was beautiful, the floors are real tile and I'm looking forward to the kitchen. I've never had access to that much counter space. Looking forward to moving in.”

“My wife and I have not lived in an apartment since 2005. We are currently in the middle of homes. Just sold one and building a new one, so we plan to be here for 6 months. Ever since we walked into SYNC at NoBo Station we felt welcomed and at home. Everyone is super nice and we were, and still are, assisted by Jessica. She has helped us with everything and made the move-in experience seemless.With selling our home at the same time we really needed it. Jessica and staff and are available anytime with just a simple text. They are very responsive and they care. We look forward to a wonderful experience and I highly recommend SYNC at NoBo Station.”
“I have lived here since May 2022. I have never once regretted my decision to chose The Redland. We have had no issues with the exception of having to share the parking lot with other tenants. ? We love the pool. The office staff is always professional and helpful. Vanessa (the manager)herself came to check out an electrical issue because the maintenance team was gone for the day, worked out a temporary solution, and made sure maintenance was there the next morning. Loving all the new community engagement activities from the food trucks to the movie nights in the pool! Overall, great experience in the last year and a half.”
“I have lived here since July of 2023. All I can say is management team and apartment I am currently in is AMAZING! Shanna is very communicative and is always there if I need anything, Maintenance is great as well. They will always update me and be here in a good amount of time whenever I put in an order. “Just completed a 1 year lease in a 2 bedroom and currently starting another year lease in a 3 bedroom. I have lived in a lot of apartments in my life and have a lot of horror stories but my family and I LOVE these apartments! My daughters have told me countless times! MOMMY I LOVE OUR PLACE but honestly it might just be because Starbucks is literally ten feet away and they are obsessed with it. Never had any problems and maintenance is always quick to respond! Never had problems with neighbors. Was afraid I’d have to leave when my older daughter was wanting her own bedroom and looked around at a few other place and it was a MAJOR price difference but after talking to the office we were able to upgrade to a 3 bedroom for only about 100 bucks more! They made the move so seamless and easy!! Food Truck Wednesday Season is always so great!!! Discovered my new favorite food truck that way! The infinity pool is always so fun and the clubhouse is really beautiful! Here’s hoping we have another great year! :)”

“I moved in on April 1st and from the beginning of my application process until the day I moved in the staff was wonderful. I love my two bedroom 2 bath. It is very spacious. I would recommend anyone to try the Star Club apartments”

“I love where we live! Courtney in the office is the best! She came personally once to help me on a weekend with a non-emergency issue. Our maintenance is great! My washer recently broke, and they came by during a time that worked for me and took care of it. I truly love living here! I have zero complaints!”
