“Today,because of the associate that helped me,my customer service was exemplary. The young black man who works in pharmacy (sorry,I couldn't quite read his name tag from drive thru window!)gave outstanding customer service,with a positive,up beat attitude.
This was my 2nd attempt to pick up pain killers for a surgery a week ago. My 1st attempt was horrible,+ met with ugly,morose attitudes from the other pharmacy employees,which left me without the medication I need for pain. If I could,I'd give zero stars for 1st visit,+ based on service,would not return.
Thankfully,they have 1 employee that ensured my return(hence using drive thru).
This outstanding associate had helped me previously,+ went out of his way to get me the prescription that this location did have,+ in record time,too.
I doubt any of the other miserable associates would have even offered to try.
Give this awesome employee a raise-even under duress,I've seen him keep a professional + positive outlook,continuing to give amazing customer service!”

“Always have what I need. The workers are always friendly. Photo department is great and fast. Their shelves are always stocked and look clean and nice.
The only issue I've had was with the pharmacy, my fiance went to pick up multiple ready prescriptions and they said they didn't fill one because they didn't think his insurance would cover it(news flash it did) but they still chose to leave it out and we had to sit and wait for it to be filled.”

“I love this store on Topperwein with one exception…the Manager Monica. Condescending, rude to associates and customers and everything is an imposition to her. She struts through store as if everyone is below her. Do not dare ask for her assistance in photo…she despises having to help…staff and associates. Either she is not familiar with wifi assistance for photos or she appears “too” busy to get the customer a charger. She was very rude to an associate today who was multitasking with customers. She was called to photo and decided to be condescending to the associate helping me that had just helped at the register. I go there almost every day for photos for my charitable ministry. Everyone, except Monica goes above and beyond if I need help due to a kiosk glitch. This has happened every time with Monica since I started going there. She has zero customer skills and obviously thinks her associates under her are unimportant and receive no privacy to be chastised if she is annoyed with them. I called Tonya today and demanded change or corporate will be notified of my concerns. Otherwise, love the store…”

“This was my first time using this location to have my prescriptions filled and in the light of cold/flu season I was worried it would take a while for my medicine to be ready and have to go home and wait for everything to be filled- then go back for pick up. I was able to leave my doctor and go straight to the pharmacy to pick up my medicine and when you don’t feel great, having great customer service means so much more! Tati was so welcoming and very energetic and fast! I appreciate your positive attitude and taking care of me- I will be back for any prescriptions I ever need. Thank you Tati!! ❤️”
