“Gas is always cheaper here than your regular stores like Walmart, HEB or even Shell gas station. They are open very early in the morning which i like. If you are a Sam's member you donearn cash back on your gas and groceries purchases. They also have the scan and go in the app which is convenient you dont have to wait in line to check out.”

“wanted to take the time and send this recognition for 2 partners that have completely gone out of their way to display great customer service! Both partners are out if the produce/deli department. Mike and Diana! I walked up to Mike and made, what I thought was a weird request. I asked for a smaller portion if penne pasta. He didn't dismiss me or simply said NO. he stopped what he was doing and went and asked. A very nice lady came out,Diana was her name. she explained what she could do and made it for me. I was so happy and thankful that she took the time to help me. I have visited many HEB's and by far, this location has been the cleanest, friendliest and they always have what I'm looking for! I commute from San Antonio daily to New Braunfels and this HEB is my daily stop to pick up my lunch. This HEB truly reflects what HEB says it stands for. This location is my favorite and with partners like Mike and Diana, I will only shop here! thanks Mike and Diana! Thanks for making my day and making me feel welcome!”

“I went to HEB today to pick up my medication and I had to wait so I went to check out the sparkling water because I have been wanting to try one. As I was looking a store manager asked if he could help me. I told him I was going to get the individual Cascade drinks before I purchased a case and he asked which did I want to try. He grabbed the two I wanted and he took them to the cashier and said to give them to me free. Taht was amazing. He was so nice I wish I knew his name. They are always so helpful. I have never had a bad experience. I’m so happy it’s my neighborhood store!”

“This is a good h.e.b. with attentive care to the employees. I feel like the parking lot could use more light at night but the presence of real law enforcement that patrol the parking lot makes up for this. The bakery people were attentive to my questions and the business center was friendly and helpful. I am special needs so having that kind of patience for me that was shown made being physically disabled really made the difference for me. With so many other options of where to shop or do business, this reminds me of why I choose h.e.b.”

I was told by several friends that H‑E‑B was a must-visit if I was in the area, and I can confidently say it did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, organized, and well-stocked the store was. The layout is intuitive, the aisles are spacious, and everything is clearly labeled, making it easy to find exactly what you need — and a few things you didn’t know you needed!
Let’s talk about the produce department — incredible. Everything was fresh, vibrant, and beautifully displayed. You can tell they take pride in offering top-quality fruits and vegetables. The meat department, though, was truly next-level. The selection was expansive and well-curated, with knowledgeable staff ready to offer suggestions and answer any questions. I picked up some steaks that were absolutely perfect — fresh, well-marbled, and reasonably priced.
One of the absolute highlights? The H‑E‑B butter tortillas. I’d heard people rave about them, and now I get it. Warm, soft, buttery perfection. Honestly, I could eat them straight out of the bag (and I did). They’re a must-buy if you visit.
Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be there, which adds to the positive shopping experience. This H‑E‑B has everything you could want from a grocery store — quality, selection, service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll absolutely be back, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the San Antonio area.”

“I ordered to have my prescriptions delivered for free. They told me it would be about six hour wait but the delivery driver showed up about 3 1/2 hours after I called them. They're pretty quick and efficient once you receive the prescriptions you sign your signature on to his cell phone and then they leave. It's very convenient.I highly recommend using H-E-B prescription pharmacy delivery, it's great for those that are senior citizens or who is sick and can't get out of the house”

“They were awesome and they were getting ready to close, the pharmacy, if they're not open you can't leave a voice mail message but they'll call you back. None of three other 24hr CVS pharmacies in a 10 mile radius would call us back. They opened at 11AM and then close for lunch at 1:30 as do they all. We love them and even though service for other non pharmacological items were very good at closer stores. We had a Rx emergency. They helped so Uber Lyft over.”

“I love love love this pharmacy! They are always super sweet. I never have to call in to request refills because my meds are just delivered to me right as I am about to run out. I have never experienced any issues with this pharmacy and being an ex Sr. pharmacy tech, I have seen my fair share of issues when dealing with pharmacies. I have had pharmacies go as far as to lie to me about the laws in the state of Texas when it comes to medications. I never have to deal with anything like that with RX Plus. I will always recommend this pharmacy above all others!”
