She showed us the unit we were interested in , and spoke the whole way there never made it awkward.she also Informed us about locks and etc was very helpful with us renting a unit . “I rated this a 5 star because of the help I got from after hours customer support.. not for the ser vice.. AAA was good.. they worked with their renters at all levels and kept the prices of the units reasonable.. 10 Federal has increased their prices twice since they took over.. I guess they expect us to pay for all the improvements they have made by increasing the prices. I have 4 units and the rate is almost $300. With AAA IT WAS ONLY $160.”
