“We ordered Christmas outfits for our whole family, and due to a small mix-up, the pants I received were the wrong size. I contacted the designer, and their customer service was truly outstanding. They were kind, polite, and genuinely focused on making sure I had something nice to wear for Christmas.
Since the correct size slacks were out of stock, they offered me a different outfit of my choice and sent it overnight at no extra cost. They also promised to send the correct size slacks later as soon as they become available. They didn’t charge me a single penny, and the outfit they sent fit perfectly.
I’m very grateful for their care, professionalism, and commitment to their customers. Highly recommended!”
“Havent had the chance to get there yet, but everything I have purchased has been great. - Cant wait to see who gets the keys to that AUDI R8 -- Before I go, Is the "Dungeon Dinghy" waterproof ? - If so why not put a motorcycle engine in it and add "paddles" to the rear wheels so you can drive on land and holeshots in the water ! - OR - Ford Model A or T and use a Honda Goldwing shaft drive powertrain kept all quietly under the original skin.”

I had to go to a baby shower in the Galleria so I purchased several darling outfits at Dillard's Outlet at a reasonable amount and Who doesn't want adorable outfits for infants and children's clothes. All Big stores are very pricey
This outlet, you have to take your time and will find what you can afford. I've always shopped at Dillard's in the Galleria and Memorial.
The Outlet is the greatest. Men's clothes, coats and jackets are great value.. I've bought mens coats and jackets for myself because I like a roomy coat or jacket.

For people like me who need to downsize their clothing selections or just have a closet full of good clothing items that they just don't wear, this is a good option to have.
