I’ve had numerous issues with other businesses, but never with Mail and Copy Shoppe in Southlake. I trust them with all of my business and personal shipping needs. “This UPS store is absolutely fantastic—consistently delivering outstanding service! I believe I’ve made use of nearly every service they offer, and each experience has been top-notch. Most recently, I had an urgent need to get important documents from Flower Mound all the way to Portugal. They shipped on Monday, and incredibly, they arrived by Wednesday of the same week! That kind of speed and reliability is nothing short of amazing.

I went in today for notary services and the service, as always, was fast, friendly, and convenient. If that isn't enough, the interior is homey and charming, and full of adorable gift items. Every employee has been 100% kind and respectful every time I've been in, but I had the pleasure of working with Ray today, the man who opened the store more than 2 decades ago and still works there. I for one am so pleased that this institution is still serving the High Country and Woodlake neighborhoods!”

I always go to this location and never any issues. DO NOT use the Denton Texas UPS store offnof loop 288, the workers are very young, immature and disrespectful. Fix it UPS.”

“I have been trying to ship a multi-piece oversized package via Fedex for weeks and couldn't find any solutions for boxing it. I called Fedex in Denton and they were rude and not helpful at all. I almost gave up on this deal but luckily I called here and had the BEST help from the guy that answered the phone! He discussed the appropriate solution and was a huge life saver!!”

“Probably a great place to do business but it would be appreciated if the accurate holiday hours were reflected. I just made a 15 minute drive out in the rain as it stated Christmas Eve hours open until 4:30 only to arrive and see it’s closed. The notice on the door states they’re closed Christmas Day, but doesn’t mention Christmas Eve so it’s a bit confusing.”

“I came to drop off a package not knowing my item needed to be taped and instead of them charging me, the front desk girl taped my item for free! She stated labels that say “customer packed” MUST be packaged and taped and if your return label says “No box no label” they can tape it for you no charge.
Aliza (I misspelled her name) was very kind, professional and helpful. She offered me free tape just this once since I didn’t know and saved me $7 from buying a brand new tape!”
