“Mar2024: 5⭐: I would recommend this location and the workers I observed at this time.I searched online for this location as a result of needing to send out a package to return some merchandise with an authorization. The store had available parking out in front of the store with a few handicap parking spots available as well. I noticed that the front door was not automatic and would create an issue for someone trying to enter in a wheelchair. I was greeted by one of the workers upon entry immediately and asked if I needed assistance to send off the box I was carrying. Several other workers inside were observed moving boxes around and working diligently at what appeared to be appropriate work behavior for a shipping store. The worker was professional and efficient while getting my package scanned and giving me the receipt.”

“I went to ship a dress back to a retailer. I don't have a printer so I was not able to print out the free return mailing label. The man who helped me was very nice, and talked me through how to send it to him so he could print it out. There was a minimal charge for this but it was very low and not really a problem. I was able to return the item with his help and it was easier than I anti . I am closer to the Grapevine location but after reading their reviews, I wasn't going to go there ! Bedford is very nice, lined moved quickly.. it will be my UPS spot.”
