“We currently live with family as our financial situation is difficult, but because we cannot use the storage of our hosts, we were forced to rent a storage unit.
After a few months, our rent was raised (which we thought odd, but I had this happen before with a separate company, so I knew this happened). We were disappointed but quickly forgot about it due to a new baby coming in.
Well, this past May, we got another letter alerting us to another raise in rent. We really cannot afford for our storage to be one of our largest bills, so I called in to our store.
The manager we spoke to, Kevin, immediately got to work on the issue and brought us down to nearly half of what we were told would be the new rent.
Not only did he do his job, but he was also very kind, straightforward, and I got the sense he really understood from our perspective.
As someone who had worked in customer service, I can say with confidence that he is one in a million and should be treated as such.

“Very good location. The downside is that there is no full-time person at the location. I was told the attendant is only available in the morning. Maybe it is just cost-cutting measures for Public Storage. Having said that, the facility is in a safe location.”

“Pretty easy finding. The shipping office for educational products is the first suite on the right when you enter. A little tight backing but nothing major. Overall good place to load. Go up to second entrance on the right and you won't have to blind side back your trailer.”

This is my first storage rental experience, so I can’t compare it to any other (I can say it’s better than my experience with PODS!), but I would recommend this business for your storage needs.”
