“First time visiting this store since I normally wear boots, but I needed to have a set of shoes in the near future.

I found the brand I was looking for and tried on two different sizes when Alex asked if I was finding what I needed.

I explained that I needed a half size and she informed me, that brand does not offer half sizes. She told me of a different brand that offered a shoe similar to the one I was looking at. I told her of what I was looking for and the reason. She retrieved an item that would have been an add-on to sale but although that was a great recommendation I worked with what I had and made it work.

At the checkout she asked if I was part of their rewards system or wanted to join, I declined the offer but asked if they had any discounts. There wasn’t any that day but one was coming up soon so she asked if I’d like her to hold my order and come back the day the discount was being offered. The answer was yes.

Exceptional customer service from Alex. She could have just ignored me and kept working on what she was doing. Instead she asked if I need assistance, listened to what I needed, came up with alternate ideas, offered me their rewards system, and found a way to get me a discount.

Based on my first time experience, I would recommend anyone give this location a try.”
