“Great experience getting a replacement clear backpack for my son for school. One wasn't available in store, even though it showed one was on the website. An associate kindly walked me through ordering one to be delivered to the store that was in my price range. Picking it up was just as easy a few days later.”

From assisting you with purchasing shoes to the checkout, they are all wonderful and so kind.The store is clean and well organized, they offer a great selection of footwear, they always have the sizes we need in stock,and the staff is absolutely the best. “It's a mall. It has the usual things you'd expect except a lot of places are closed due to Covid. When you're visiting the food court be ready for an unpleasant young man at the Asian buffet, he's super rude and impatient, unfortunately I think he may be an owner so he'll be there for a while.”

“A sneaker heads heaven! My sneaker head husband & I just moved here & looked for a shoe store for the longest time! & we finally found one!! Yay!! Staff is very friendly & down to earth also they are the ladies who own the store :) It's a little hard to find at first since I entered the parking lot from behind the building LOL but if your in the mcdonalds parking lot, you can see it clearly, it's right next door. The store has a wide variety of shoes along with the latest releases. Besides shoes, they sell apparel like shirts & custom socks! The store is also neat, organized & furnished with sofa chairs for girlfriends & wife's like me lol. They also do consignments, & they do trade in's :) Overall, I give this place 5 stars for the friendliness, neatness & the inventory they hold :)”
“I won a gift card several months ago and stopped in to spend it. Not knowing the store or where exactly to find something I liked and that would fit I asked for help and Torrie was so sweet and helpful! Not pushy, genuinely interested in finding something I'd be happy with. She even laughed at my silly jokes! In the end I'm happy with my purchases and would definitely go back!
