“Loved the atmosphere! Was greeted upon arrival and was very excited when they offered to help me find my first pair of boots ever. Tiara is and excellent store manager and should be given a raise!

“Great experience getting a replacement clear backpack for my son for school. One wasn't available in store, even though it showed one was on the website. An associate kindly walked me through ordering one to be delivered to the store that was in my price range. Picking it up was just as easy a few days later.”
“It's a mall. It has the usual things you'd expect except a lot of places are closed due to Covid. When you're visiting the food court be ready for an unpleasant young man at the Asian buffet, he's super rude and impatient, unfortunately I think he may be an owner so he'll be there for a while.”
“I just wanted to personally thank Joel who went above and beyond to provide legendary levels of customer service for me today (I also want to thank Germaine from the Temple store, you are also awesome). I was incredibly frustrated due to a newly purchased shoe having a manufacturing defect, as well as having spoke to several other Shoe Carnival managers up to that point who were not able to offer a solution that worked in a way that I considered fair.
I wanted to get the shoes replaced through the shoe manufacturer's warrany but I no longer had the paper receipt that I needed(that is my fault, I don't blame SC for that). I was certain however, my purchase could be pulled up through some in-store transaction database, and this is what became the crux of the issue; because three managers from three different parts of the company were completely unable to do it. I know this must be possible in some way, because I know enough about relational databases to know that information like card number, cart items, and date can be unique identifiers that can be used to reference a purchase, and purchases obviously stay on file for quite a while. That means that specific information should be searchable for a manager should a customer in a strange situation like myself need it. I get that this is probably not the most common occurance, but I am literally giving you the answers to the test for the next time it happens. Give managers more tools to search for receipts. That's literally all I wanted.
I would also like to thank the customer support manager Ashria, who went out of her way to call me back several hours after we spoke, while I was in the middle of writing this review, to gather more details from my transaction. (like the last 4 of my card number, how funny... I wonder what she is going to use that for.)”

Our cashier was having a personal conversation with other staff members that was inappropriate AND while talking to us he was eating cookies! Mouth open and cookie crumbs all over. Another occasion”

“Seif saved our wedding! We had a custom suit made at a high end store and when they did alterations made my fiance's jacket too small... 6 days before our wedding. They couldn't fix it so we ended up here and walked out less than an hour later with a great suit for 1/4 the price of the original. Plus they are doing the alterations in time for us to leave for our out of town wedding. Amazing, knowledgeable service, great selection and very accommodating.
