He also went out of his way to check if the other Academy stores had a different color I was looking for. I ended up purchasing a few items and Lenia rang me out. I went in for a shoe and he made friendly conversation about how he had them in a special color and instead of pushing me to buy the basic one in store he gave me his honest opinion and I decided to purchase online. Without his honesty and friendliness I wouldn't have bought the shoe at all. It was crazy busy that day and it seemed like making sales and commission was the only thing some workers thought about. “A sneaker heads heaven! My sneaker head husband & I just moved here & looked for a shoe store for the longest time! & we finally found one!! Yay!! Staff is very friendly & down to earth also they are the ladies who own the store :) It's a little hard to find at first since I entered the parking lot from behind the building LOL but if your in the mcdonalds parking lot, you can see it clearly, it's right next door. The store has a wide variety of shoes along with the latest releases. Besides shoes, they sell apparel like shirts & custom socks! The store is also neat, organized & furnished with sofa chairs for girlfriends & wife's like me lol. They also do consignments, & they do trade in's :) Overall, I give this place 5 stars for the friendliness, neatness & the inventory they hold :)”

“This finish line is the best shoe store in the entire Killen mall. I don't only mean this in terms of product selection, but also in terms of environment, customer service, friendliness, and professionalism. The quality of this location just isn't inclusive to the killeen mall, but to all of the shoe stores I've visited. I've been around the country in my 14 years in the military and this is in the top 10% of shoe stores I've been to. Professionalism and customer appreciation are the top things I look for and this store tops to charts.”

“I would give the service technician five stars. David B was polite and efficient. Trying to get a hold of a person was basically impossible. You first have to call them and listen to the robot then you actually have to talk to the bot then you have to wait and see if someone is actually there. As a single, disabled woman, living alone, I have other questions besides when will the technician arrive.”
