“I was looking to downsize from a toy hauler to a class C Motorhome. Having owned a class A Winnebago in the past I wanted one of their units again. So off to McClains I wentI worked with Mickey one of their knowledgeable sales staff. We talked about my needs and units that would be a good fit for my wife and II found a great unit at a good price and we went ahead amid bought it after my wife drove it and loved it. There was no pressure , and never felt that “ you must buy it now “ pressure just making sure we found the right unit.Since I would be flat towing a ford maverick I worked with Brandon a camping advisor that was knowledgeable and very helpful. He consulted with Justin and John on the service side to make sure everything would work well together.I worked with Vanessa to finish up the deal and she was funny and a delight and made it so easy.Brandon the camping advisor spent a couple hours with us showing us how everything worked and answered all our questions and was great.Sierra helped us with the trade and made it all so easy to do. Even unhitching the trade in for us.My wife and I met Murphy the sales manger and he was professional and welcomingWe even met Nate McClain the owner of the stores and he makes you feel like your guests in his house. It was easy to see he loves the businessWould I recommend McCains ? Absolutely. It’s worth the drive to Corinth as you are treated right and not pressured.A great shopping and buying experience”

My wife purchased a beautiful 2024 Nissan Altima SR and my son bought my wife's car through Nissan after we had traded it in to them. They did an in-and-out deal with my son so he paid the same price for the used vehicle that Nissan gave us when we traded it in. It enables our son to have an excellent used car and begin building his credit via his first car loan. We went to the Corinth dealership on Saturday Sept 2 to look. Had a great guy helping us, Grant Seckel, and bought a Subaru Ascent that very day. No wheeling or dealing, no "I've got to get my manager." It was a great experience. The Ascent cost less than the Highlander and has way more safety features. We love it. “After class, my car would not start. I was parked on a street that’s not on campus, which campus police does not service. Officer still came out & immediately knew it was my battery. He noticed it was purchased from Interstate Batteries & suggested I call them. I did. Zach answered the phone- told him my situation cliff not version; he confirmed they had one battery left & they closed at 6:30pm. And that they don’t roadside/delivery - which was fine. I called my insurance roadside service and it was a 40 minute wait; luckily a fellow resident was passing by, gave me a jump. I high tailed it to IB’s. Called Zach to get directions (never been to Corinth) to let him know I was On my way!, he said you are good we stop service at 6:20pm., and you should make it. I did. I called Zach from outside, he saw me and came out; he checked my battery, confirmed it was dead & it was still under warranty. He replaced it in less than 15 minutes. No charge. I offered to tip him, and he said I was good; he refused it. I was persistent; he refused.He assured me that it was all me that did all the “work” and all he did was replace the battery.Zach thank you for being helpful, patient and teaching me about Corinth. I’ll be back.”

This particular visit, I showed up accidentally a Friday a week early for the appointment I made online and they were able to still accomodate me and fit me in, which was great for me because I didn't have anything else to do and I just about never know when I'm going to be able to take off work.”
