“All we wanted in a mechanic is honesty & trustworthiness, impeccable work without any troubling follow-up and reasonable pricing with no additional hidden fees. We got that here! Completed work on my 2013 Nissan Altima that had been recently damaged in an accident. Insurance company refused to repair but AP&BS was able to accommodate us without hesitation.
Initially called to inquire about their service and the young lady on the phone assured me they could work on automobiles deemed “salvaged” by insurance companies. Submitted pictures online but had to call to follow up.
Once I connected with the shop again (Felipe) , the process was rather smooth.
The work itself was impressive. Car looks brand new and every detail was thought of and included in the work. The price was reasonable and identical to what we received as an initial claim. Had we received progress updates throughout it would have far exceeded expectations. Nevertheless, I highly recommend Alex Paint & Body Shop. Prayerfully, we would not require their collision service again but if ever in need, we have definitely found our shop.”

They made dealing with an accident about as seamless as possible. I dropped off my car and they already had transportation waiting to take me to the rental company. My repairs were finished a full week early, and when I returned, I simply dropped the rental off at Caliber and picked up my car. It looked brand new—honestly, even better than before the accident thanks to some additional cosmetic work they did for me at a great price.
Brandy also went above and beyond to help me with a completely separate vehicle situation, and once again she was extremely thorough and helpful. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. I was genuinely impressed by both the quality of the work and the level of customer service. Highly recommend them.”

“There are dozens of body shops closer to me, but I only go to 4M. My car was hit 4 days after I bought it (and then again... and again.... and again). Being brand-new and with tri-stage paint, I wanted to take it somewhere with the experience and know-how to repair and repaint it right. “Wow! We called Jerry Reynolds the CarPro to find out his process for buying a new car. His website sent us to Andrea Ballard the general manager at Five Star Ford Lewisville We called at 10am We met her at 1:00. We described what we wanted in a new Ford Explorer Her inventory search did not have one anywhere. Then the transport truck arrived which updated her lists. It had the exact model we were looking for. She then spent some more time getting to know us. She created a very good offering which we accepted. She then introduced us to Alex Ruiz who showed us the car and sent it to make ready. In the meantime he walked us through many of the features on the Ford Explorer Platinum. Which are many to learn. We signed the various papers and made a small down payment and delivered us our new car at 4:00
We have purchased many cars over many years with dealerships in several states.
We can say without a doubt using the Car Pro process and working with Andrea and Alex made this car buying experience incredibly easy and enjoyable.
