There was no pressure , and never felt that “ you must buy it now “ pressure just making sure we found the right unit.Since I would be flat towing a ford maverick I worked with Brandon a camping advisor that was knowledgeable and very helpful. “Best experience ever at a body shop! I chose Caliber Collision to repair my front bumper after a wayward lane changer struck my front bumper. I was impressed from drop off to pick up how easy and fluid the process is at Caliber Collision! I arrived at my appointment and was checked in right away. Within a few mins my repair rep went out to my car with me to examine the damage on the front end of the car and asked a variety of questions, like "are there any steering or alignment issues?" Which I thought I might have to take to a mechanic after the bumper work was done. But CC took care of it.When we returned to the front office the Enterprise rental car pick up driver was waiting for me. Before leaving, my rep, Connor, explained that he'd text me at least every couple days to inform me of the progress of the repair, which was estimated to take 10 business days to complete.Next the Enterprise driver drove me across the street where I picked up my rental car. I was on my way in less than 10 mins.Throughout my repair Connor texted me every 1 or 2 days and kept me updated to my car's status. On business day 3 he informed me my car would likely be completed early, and it was completed on business day 6. That was xlnt!When I went to pickup my car I simply drove my rental car to Caliber Collision, Enterprise picked up their car from CC. Connor reviewed the repairs with me as we walked to where my car was parked. We inspected my car and everything looked great and I signed off. Additionally CC had washed the exterior and windows, outside and inside, vacuumed and wiped down the interior, too. My car looked great all around! The front end was restored to new and the alignment corrected.In every aspect of my experience, Connor and the Caliber Collision team exceeded my expectations, based on my past body shop experiences.Thank you Caliber Collision for having an excellent business model that is customer-centric and thank you for having great team members who are highly professional, extremely skilled, proficient and efficient and who utilize the company systems so well!
