“As always, Caliber Collision provided excellent customer service! This was my second time having my vehicle repaired with them, and once again, I had a great experience.
The first time, on October 24, 2025 my vehicle was hit in a parking lot on the front left side, and they did an excellent job repairing it was ready on November 18, 2025. The second time, on August 18, 2026 my vehicle was hit on the left side of the rear bumper, and they did another fantastic job was completed on September 8, 2026. The repairs were done very well, and the paint matching was excellent as well. I was also using a rental car through both insurance at the time and they communicated very well with Enterprise rental car.
This time, Michael was the associate who helped me throughout the entire process. He was professional, attentive, and very helpful in keeping me informed. My vehicle was ready within the expected timeframe, which I really appreciated.
I definitely recommend this Caliber Collision location. All of the employees are amazing, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Thank you for consistently providing great service and quality work!”
