“Five stars is not enough of a rating. I have unfortunately been the victim of four accidents caused by other drivers. Someone rear-ended me and caused minor damage to the rear of my truck. The accident bent the right side of my bumper downward, scratched the tailgate, and made a small dent in the body of the truck near the bumper. To most people, the damage was not easy to notice. To me, it might as well have had a big, bright red flag attached to it. I have never been treated this well by any other auto body repair shop. These people are amazing! My drop-off was very easy. I was very impressed by how Gwen noticed minor problems on the body of my Ford Ranger that I had not noticed. She explained in detail what would be needed to repair the damage done to my truck. I received regular updates about the status of my repair, and a website was provided that showed the expected time and date until my truck would be ready for pickup. I was initially given about a 3-week timeframe, but this was updated within a day or so to 2 weeks. I was able to pick up my truck 6 days early! I was without my truck for only 8 days. This is my first truck. I have had it for 17 months. I am very attached to it. I love this truck! Having to go without it for 8 days was not fun. I hate driving rentals. I appreciate very much that the people at Caliber understood how much I hated having to give up my truck to be repaired. When I got it back, I swear it looked better than the day I bought it! I think that was just my imagination, but seeing it damage-free, and seeing the great job they did restoring my truck to its original condition was a great feeling. They even fixed some minor scratches on the left side of the back bumper that I was going to have them quote the cost for repairing. That extra care and attention to detail is very impressive. They also replaced the tailgate letters with matte black which I think look much better than the grey letters that I had installed a few months ago. They asked if I wanted to get the same color or choose another color. I hope I never have another accident, but if I do, Caliber is where I will take my truck.”

“As always, Caliber Collision provided excellent customer service! This was my second time having my vehicle repaired with them, and once again, I had a great experience.

The first time, on October 24, 2025 my vehicle was hit in a parking lot on the front left side, and they did an excellent job repairing it was ready on November 18, 2025. The second time, on August 18, 2026 my vehicle was hit on the left side of the rear bumper, and they did another fantastic job was completed on September 8, 2026. The repairs were done very well, and the paint matching was excellent as well. I was also using a rental car through both insurance at the time and they communicated very well with Enterprise rental car.
