We took our SUV in today for an interior detail, and I am beyond impressed with the results. When we picked it up, the inside of the car looked like new. The team paid attention to every detail and did an incredible job. They even removed the stickers from the back seat windows that my daughter had put there. I honestly thought those were impossible to remove, but they handled it perfectly without leaving any residue.
The interior looked spotless, fresh, and professionally cleaned, and the SUV was ready much faster than we expected, which was a great surprise.
We actually live in North Fort Worth and drove all the way to Addison because we trust Wilson and his team, and once again they did not disappoint. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work they provide.

“Ken (owner) went way above and beyond the call of duty to fix the bumper on my Lexus RX350. The insurance company only wanted to pay for an aftermarket part, so it did it stay on properly. They did an amazing job fixing it. He really went completely out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and I know he didn’t have to, and also did not charge me a dime. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. They are all honest and professional and I can tell they take pride in what they do. Really just outstanding all the way around.”

“I have always had a great experience with Best USA. They've done good work, they're honest, and are usually less expensive than other places. I've actually taken my car to them after another place told me I needed ~$1,800 worth of work done on my car and BEST USA told me most of the things the other place said needed replacing or fixed were fine. They fixed a couple things that needed fixed, and ended up saving me over $1,000. I'm also pretty sure they washed my car before giving it back to me, which I was not expecting. Very impressed with this place!”
“Trust me when I say you will not find better quality work for this price. I know, as I shopped around. I came here from another shop that almost got me killed on the road with the amateur, shoddy work they did on my truck for double the price of what these guys charged me. And those guys somehow have a better review score than Crescent Collision! How??!! Anyway, I cannot recommend this place enough. I don't give 5 star reviews lightly.”

“I appreciated how they handled a minor but annoying exhaust rattle. Instead of suggesting full replacement, they inspected hangers, clamps, and heat shields one by one. A loose bracket was the only issue. Fixing it removed the noise completely, saving both time and unnecessary expense.”
