“Fritz delivered on his promise. He does everything from delivering loaner car, insurance paper work, picking up the car after repair, going above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied with the service. He helped me with the deductible. I’ve referred 5 customers to him and they were all happy with his service. “Better Call Fritz”.”

2520 Tarpley Road Apt 700, Carrollton TX 75006
“The CarStar, Mr. Collision on Tarpley Road in Carrollton is absolutely top notch. Not only with Ari at the front desk, but Evan, the adjuster. He made me feel at ease from the get go. I had only 11K miles on my Jeep Wrangler when someone in a giant Excursion XL side swiped me. Luckily he left a note and insurance paid for the damages, but I was heart broken. I met with Evan and he meticulously assessed my vehicle for damages. I was extremely apprehensive leaving my new Jeep with just anyone for repairs. Evan explained the damages and what would need to be done to get it back the way I purchased it. CarStar kept me up to date on a daily basis, via text messages, as to their progress. When I was told my Jeep was ready, my heart was honestly pounding because I wasn't sure what to think. When I drove up, Evan took me out to see my repaired vehicle and explained every process the bodyshop went through to make sure I was happy. My Jeep looked absolutely amazing. It was just like I purchased it when I drove off the Jeep lot. I can't say enough about their customer service, the quality of work, response time on my phone calls with questions (regarding insurance claim information), accommodating me with the rental car via Enterprise -- I honestly could not stop smiling as I drove my beautiful Jeep off the CarStar lot. If your vehicle needs any type of repair, I'd not hesitate to contact CarStar on Tarpley in Carrollton. They live up to all the accolades they have on their walls. Their front desk person, Ari, is also the best. I know she must be under loads of stress from customers but she will put you at ease --- and I was one of those people. I was a nervous wreck leaving my Jeep but was so happy to have found a Jeep Certified repair shop that has good values, good customer service and does incredible work. I cannot recommend them enough. Christy”

“I was rear ended on the way to school, insurance deemed it a total loss but westway collision center was still able to help me out. Moe kept my entire life from being derailed as the result of a reckless driver and set me up with a vehicle I look forward to cherishing!!”

2415 Midway Road Apt 111, Carrollton TX 75006
“It honestly felt like someone put the level of detail/effort as if it were their own car. I say this from visible output and not what was verbally told to me. I won't say I want to come back here but if I need body work done in the future I won't hesitate. I appreciate that Chris was no-nonsense and straight to the point. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. There was extra labor beyond the estimate but TBW didn't try to rip me off with ridiculous padding on the parts. I trust this shop.”

“I 100% trust Mr. Nguyen with any vehicle body work. He literally showed me the parts he was thinking my jeep needed on his computer when estimating the damage. He sent me the photos of the parts he found that were damaged after taking the body off. He helped me find the cheapest solutions since I had to pay out of pocket, AND he gave me my VETERAN DISCOUNT ❤”

“There were a lot of companies wanting to do hail repair in our neighborhood after a heavy storm. My neighbors used Joe Dent and the work on their vehicles impressed me so I chose Joe Dent. Right from the start everything went smoothly. They came to my house and helped me work with the insurance company. The claim was approved quickly and the repairs were perfect. It's difficult to show in the pictures , but there were some serious dents in places that I never would have expected could be repaired without doing body work and paint. I would be happy to recommend them to my friends & neighbors.”

1401 W Hebron Pkwy, Carrollton TX 75010
“He’s honest and straightforward with his feedback, and never tries to sell services that aren’t really necessary. Before doing any work, he clearly explains what the issue is and how he plans to fix it, which really helped me feel at ease. When I called for an estimate, he told me exactly when to come in, so I was able to use my time for other things instead of just waiting around. The results of the repair were excellent — everything was done with care, and I was very happy with how it turned out.”

1855 North Josey Lane Ste A, Carrollton TX 75006
“I have always had a great experience with Best USA. They've done good work, they're honest, and are usually less expensive than other places. I've actually taken my car to them after another place told me I needed ~$1,800 worth of work done on my car and BEST USA told me most of the things the other place said needed replacing or fixed were fine. They fixed a couple things that needed fixed, and ended up saving me over $1,000. I'm also pretty sure they washed my car before giving it back to me, which I was not expecting. Very impressed with this place!”

“My experience with this Caliber Collision has been unparalleled. And that’s not a term I use lightly. Everyone was friendly, Ashley walked me through every step of the process and was so warm every time I talked with her. Cody took great notes of what needed repairing and even worked with the Mechanic for me on my concerns. He was very responsive and even made me a quote for my next repair (unrelated to this accident.) I was a restaurant manager, so I know a thing or two about customer service. The level of care and communication I received from the team here was amazing. I’m absolutely coming back for any future needs. I’ve already recommended them to a coworker the day after I received my car.You can tell the people employed love their job and stay for good reason. Also thank you so much to everyone behind the scenes that also worked on my vehicle. I may not have met you personally, but I promise you’ve had a positive Impact on my experience.”

“I dislodged my side view mirror assembly. It was hanging by the electrical wiring. The housing and mirror were not damaged. The 3 bolts inside were broken. I went to the Crash Champions on Midway Rd in Carrollton. They told me a new assembly was not available because my Toyota is too old. They fixed it anyway, by using glue to reattach it. If I need any body work done in the future, I will definitely go to Crash Champions. They are awesome!”

“I appreciated how they handled a minor but annoying exhaust rattle. Instead of suggesting full replacement, they inspected hangers, clamps, and heat shields one by one. A loose bracket was the only issue. Fixing it removed the noise completely, saving both time and unnecessary expense.”
