“I went with my friend to get her phone fixed, and they were super nice. She shattered her iPhone 8 screen and we had exactly 100 on cash, in taxes it was 108, but they said if we gave them a review they would cover it. They fixed the screen perfectly and in like 30 minutes, they also gave her a screen protector if we gave them a review. 10/10 would go again”

“Stellar job by Tristan!I had an odd request to replace all mechanical parts for my old faithful phone that had a cracked screen and worn out charging port.I just didn't want to replace it with completely new one and have the pain-in-you-know-where to do it.They ordered a new old phone and transferred my "motherboard" from the old one to new chassis so to speak, maintaining all my data, apps and settings unchanged.Couldn't be happier camper right now, so yep, fully recommend this place. 5 Dallas Stars :)”

“These guys did a screen replacement on my daughter's iPhone 11 promax for $110....threw in a solid case and screen protector for an extra $25 with installation of the screen protector....they told me 30 minutes had it ready in about 25. The customer service was friendly and professional....I'm not sure what more you could want from this sort of business....I was really pleased.”

“Giving 5 stars to this location specifically for the rep Karl! Came in with an issue with 3 iPhones and he resolved it like a champ! He’s got great sales skills and succeeded in making me as a customer feel at ease. He went out of his way, took unconventional means to resolve other issues I had without asking. It was disappointing to hear another representative “correct” him publicly because he didn’t follow “a standard,” and was also unkind in her remarks towards him. What’s more important is to highlight how much value he brought to a customer and back to AT&T by upselling me. Thanks again, Karl, for an outstanding customer experience. Went above and beyond to assure my account was the way it needed to be and that this would not happen further. He's so intelligent at his job.
