“My wife bricked her phone (cracked screen, water intrusion) so we visited this location to see what the options were. Unknown to us, my wife’s plan has insurance and the associate, Naomi, was incredibly helpful in alerting us and letting us use her tablet to process the claim. She was very personable and saved us a ton of money. She even walked us to the door when we left the location. I highly recommend this l AT&T store, and Naomi.”

“I visited this store yesterday and had the pleasure of being assisted by Poe, an outstanding representative of AT&T. I has having issues with my phone which he quickly diagnosed and resolved. In addition, he pointed out to my wife and I that we were eligible (due to age) to a feature that we were not aware of. He patiently explained how it worked and assuaged our concerns. Ultimately we did avail ourselves of this opportunity which we were very grateful. Lastly, we both had damaged screens and, after his quick research, found that we had screen protection. He ordered replacements which will be delivered to our residence and we will be able to make an appointment with him upon receipt to have them installed. Lastly, I use a walker and he even accompanied us to our parking space and assisted me in placing it in our vehicle. Unbelievable service!!”
“I dropped my phone and broke the screen and came by during lunch to ask about a repair quote. Hong assisted me, and ordered the parts I needed that day. The parts arrived and my phone was repaired by the next day. Super quick service, accurate quote for repair cost, and excellent quality. Highly recommend!”

From the initial phone call with his professionalism, and being able to promptly and confidently answering all of my questions, to the follow up call, and then him keeping our appointment on schedule, and then continuing to educate me and direct me thru the entire process with ease. “There I was… standing in AT&T, mourning the loss of my iPhone as if I’d just lost a family member.
My apps had vanished. My phone had reverted to a primitive communication device. I was moments away from asking if they still sold fax machines.
Then Derek entered the scene like the main character.
Without making me feel ridiculous for my dramatic spiral, he patiently diagnosed the problem, fixed everything, and restored my phone to civilization.
He saved my phone, my blood pressure, and probably everyone within a 20-foot radius who would’ve had to witness my meltdown.
AT&T, whatever you’re paying Derek… it’s not enough.”
“I would like for Jose to personally be recognized for how amazing he was! After losing my Dad the phone I had was the only text messages and visual voice recording of his calls. I lost them. And fr9m the time I came in the store is was nothing but a gentleman and showed compassion towards me. Where most people these days are in to much of a rush HE TOOK THE TIME to just be real and sympathetic. That's rare, so please personally thank him. Because of him I have already recommended everyone I can!
