“Giving 5 stars to this location specifically for the rep Karl! Came in with an issue with 3 iPhones and he resolved it like a champ! He’s got great sales skills and succeeded in making me as a customer feel at ease. He went out of his way, took unconventional means to resolve other issues I had without asking. It was disappointing to hear another representative “correct” him publicly because he didn’t follow “a standard,” and was also unkind in her remarks towards him. What’s more important is to highlight how much value he brought to a customer and back to AT&T by upselling me. Thanks again, Karl, for an outstanding customer experience. “These guys did a screen replacement on my daughter's iPhone 11 promax for $110....threw in a solid case and screen protector for an extra $25 with installation of the screen protector....they told me 30 minutes had it ready in about 25. The customer service was friendly and professional....I'm not sure what more you could want from this sort of business....I was really pleased.”
