“The staff here was very friendly and helpful. I needed a small utility trailer on the spur of a moment and they were able to help out. Be aware that it is a "neighborhood dealer" and they don't have the supply the larger U-Haul storage centers have, so if you don't have a reservation and go during busy rental periods, they may be out of a specific truck/trailer. Regardless, I'll definitely go here first for my next U-Haul rental. It appeared this location is also a sticker station for Texas vehicle inspections, so I'll be going there when my next inspection is due.”
“They were professional and courteous. The rate was fair and when I was unable to bring it back on time they said it was fine. They charged me for the extra time ( which was again fair) and said when I did bring it back just park and leave the key. It was that simple. Moving in the summer, in Texas isn't easy task and very stressful. They took the stress out of that big part of it and would definitely use them if ever I have to again most definitely.”

Since U-Haul let's so many different companies lend out their trucks it's always such a hit or miss trying to find somewhere reliable, but look no further cause this place got everything right!!! Jennifer is wayyyy overqualified for her position, she is absolutely AMAZING. BEST customer service. She even came outside with me to get me all set up w the truck and helped me adjust the mirrors. “Great location! I rented a 10' truck. Pick up was really easy and I had accidentally rented the wrong dolly and they fixed it for me! Drop off literally couldn't have been easier. I handed them my keys and I was done! And everything was fairly priced with the mileage, etc! 100% recommend this location!”
