Ms. Lydia is a Member Service Assistant and a very respectful and professional at her jo. let me start by saying iam a Combat Disabled Veteran and I suffer from severe PTSD. I went to the Kostoryz branch and the lady that was helping me out well she was rude and talked really fast before I could understand, and when I asked her if she could repeat it and it she didn't faster. So she was making things very difficult and she started aggrivating my PTSD. My son came in and was trying to explain but she just did everything wron. so the debit card wasn't even connected to my name she did it to my son after he told her that he wasn't getting one just me. So when I was updating my autopay for my bills the card faile. So I went to crosstown and MS. Lydia Flores assisted me and she was very attentive to my needs and assured me that there was going to be no problems and if there was please call her and she gave me her card. So I had problems and I called he. Ms Lydia again took care of everything over the phone with out me having to go in. Thats customer service so Rally Cred Un please higher mor Lydia Flores employees or better yet can you make her a trainer and that away your member service department woupdate have the best of the best employees.”

RBFCU is quick and explain everything where you can understand. I’ve had seizures from the military, so it kinda takes a bit to process something’s to understand.
