From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. I had a complicated issue with my one of my daughters tablets and I decided to also upgrade my plan and add a line for my husband, and instead of rushing through it, they took the time to carefully walk me through every option and made sure I fully understood what was happening.
What really stood out was Melody and her teams dedication to making sure everything was perfect before I left. They didn’t just fix the problem—they made the whole process easy and stress-free. Customer service like this is rare these days.

“This is a company owned location, so the staff competency is higher than the retail locations. Ported my phone from GoogleFi to Verizon. The guy that helped us was very good and provided some good insights on Verizon, T-Mobile, and GoogleFi. My home is located in an area with horrible cell coverage. I had been with AT&T for about 20 years, switched to T-Mobile, that lasted about four months. Then I moved to GoogleFi and tried it. Moved my wife to Verizon. She was getting pretty good service, so after a couple of months, I moved as well.”

“First, make sure you have My Spectrum App, second, if you need to go to retail office, schedule appointment, it's super easy, and convenient, I was in and out in 5 minutes. Office is upgraded since last time I entered, has good layout and spacious. Rep was helpful and worked fast. Easy is the word.”
