“Elaine is AWESOME!!!! Last year my husband and kids switched from ATT to T-Mobile and Elaine seriously hooked us up. I couldn’t switch yet because I had just got a new phone! “This is a company owned location, so the staff competency is higher than the retail locations. Ported my phone from GoogleFi to Verizon. The guy that helped us was very good and provided some good insights on Verizon, T-Mobile, and GoogleFi. My home is located in an area with horrible cell coverage. I had been with AT&T for about 20 years, switched to T-Mobile, that lasted about four months. Then I moved to GoogleFi and tried it. Moved my wife to Verizon. She was getting pretty good service, so after a couple of months, I moved as well.”

“The service was pretty fast on a Saturday. Came in to return my Spectrum equipment today. Was a quickie, but what makes it lose a star, was the "check in" process. So you localized the line to a board now. This doesn't really push the employees or customers to be fast at their job. But this is only a minor complaint. They were pretty helpful and did their jobs right.”

“I was on my way to the 5 points mobile.
Worst store ever. Decide to stop at 2702 SPID store. I walked in and WOW. everyone was courteous and smiling. Very nice people. I was greeted by a nice young lady named CARLIE. told her I need a price on phone and what is the best deal they had.
I told here I dread going to 5 points store.
They're always rude and say I don't qualify for their specials. CARLIE looked up my info and told I qualified for a new phone and went over the plans available and what saves me the most money. She was really sweet. Took her time and answered all my questions (5 points people are always rushing and bad service) got me taken care of and I walked out of there happy ? with a smile on my face. Was really WOWED by her customer service. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A PHONE OR UPGRADE.”
