Been loyal customer for years. Alway have great experience with macy customer service until today. Melissa from perfume department is extremely rude, unfriendly and Unprofessional, definitely need more training to deal we with customers

My favorite establishment for over 20 years, Macy always exceed my expectations, but unfortunately I have to agreed that Melissa from perfume department not very nice to customers.

This store is a waste of time. There’s not really any brands regular Macy’s would carry. Why are they selling Elf cosmetics? If I wanted to buy things I could buy at Ross, I would just go to Ross. The Men’s and Home Decor areas were just over priced garbage.
