“I was hesitant to exchange my Uggs that my grandmother bought me as an early birthday gift because she misplaced her receipt. Noah was able to look up the item with the UPC I provided and confirmed they had the size I needed in stock. When I arrived, Ludi directed me to the right location since I’m not from the area. Maggie assisted me with the exchange, but unfortunately, the barcode wasn’t ringing up, so she called her manager for help. Abel was pleasant, worked diligently to help me, and got my Tazz Ugg slip-ons exchanged for a smaller size. I was patient while they worked through everything, and they took care of me. I’m very pleased with their service and want to thank them all for going above and beyond. I totally recommend Dillard’s Corpus Christi if you’re in the area!”
“I went two or so weeks ago to find me a shirt for Fourth of July. A woman at a register was very helpful! I believe her name was Nancy, I filled out the survey she gave me but I didn’t give me an option to name the rep that helped me!

One of the sales associates, Brenda, gladly offered to help me load it into my vehicle even though it was excessively hot outside. My cashier was very friendly as well. I can't remember his name though.”

“The store was busy and there weren't many carts available. The lines were long at checkout and could've used more workers IMO. The bathrooms smelt pretty awful and could've definitely used attention as well. But they always have cute products”

“I’ve always believed you get what you pay for with haircuts, but Joanne Evada at the JCPenney Salon proved me wrong. This is honestly the best haircut I’ve ever had, and only $45. Joanne did an amazing job, and her 25 years of experience truly show. I’ll definitely be going back to her from now on—highly recommend!”

When you don't want long lines of other stores, you can just walk in, get what you need quick, and get out! Plus, they have a great optical attached that I've been going to for years.”

“This gas station usually has some of the cheapest gas prices in town, consistently. Staff is always friendly, and I can't recall a time where I had to wait in a line to pay, if any line, more than 60 seconds. They offer the fuel cleaning additive, makes it so convenient to just do at the pump and mixes with the gas like it should. You don't have to buy fuel injector cleaner, put it in after you use up most of your gas, and fill up your car to mix it, just push a button, start the gas and presto! Plus I love that they offer the HEB brand, cold 20 oz bottles, of coke. They are only something like $1.28 or something like that, and while it's always cheaper to get a 12 packs or case in most instances, it's a lot better than paying $2.50 to $3.50 for a name brand. Thank you HEB!!!!!!”
“Best customer service I have had in years. Shout out to Andy,Ashley and the department manager Mike. I wanted a Weber grill for my Father’s Day. These folks went of their way to transfer the grill from another store and get it assembled way before Father’s Day. My wife picked the grill up (we live in San Antonio) and had the same experience. Very customer focused went above and beyond to make sure we had we needed and wanted.”

“I want to i wanna give kudos for a man named julian from the tire shop I'm from devine tx and I had purchased some tires at Walmart in divine.I had put my truck in the shop. So I never got to try them out. Soon as I took out my sooner, my car was ready, took it for drive. It ran bad, took him back to the tower shop and he told me that the weighs fell so this weekend, I had pants to go to the coast, and lo and behold, the truck started acting up again. Took her to the Walmart since I had the warranty and a man named Julian looked at it and explained to me what's wrong with it. And he went a 100% a 110% on fixing my truck for me and he did a hell of a job, I went back home, not nervous. Not nothing, nothing me and my family were safe. Those people from divine help me and my family going to the corpus halfway with the truck dangers I had to drive 50 miles an hour. I was pulling an R, v, but this Julian people, Walmart needs people to know the work that people that there look pretty but people to do their work and care about the customers and Where's the shore?I will be calling the corporate office until I'm about this.Because they did put my family in danger.I just wanna say again.Thank you so much for julian”
