“This is about Ester that works in the shoe dept. I will tell you this I walked around for a good while holding the shoe I was interested in and needed help getting my size. When Ester saw me she came and asked if I needed help. I do not dress up I dress comfortable and I guess that gives off a certain “look.” The other sales associates standing around saw and never offered help. Ester did and she got my sale. Thank you Ester you were great!”
“I had to go do a return for a small piece of furniture, they were very polite and fast with their service. They did the return and also helped me reorder the same piece of furniture and I was able to use my 60 dollars in JCPenney cash towards the reorder. Nice people that work there!”

“I was on a mission to find a padded bench and I found the perfect one at our local Marshall's. My husband was unable to help me load it into my vehicle. One of the sales associates, Brenda, gladly offered to help me load it into my vehicle even though it was excessively hot outside. My cashier was very friendly as well. I can't remember his name though.”

“They have a wide variety of nice items that change a lot. They also have no online ordering due to the changing of items throughout the year. They do not have any delivery options, so if there's a large item, you have to find a way to transport it yourself.
It's too bad. I wanted to buy a large item they had, but my car is too small to transport it. I suppose I'll save $ though..

“I usually have a very good response from Pharmacy Team, at Flour Bluff but today their internal volume was turned down and after 30 minutes waiting chose to go inside to pick up prescription. Don't know if can be effected outside.”
“This gas station usually has some of the cheapest gas prices in town, consistently. Staff is always friendly, and I can't recall a time where I had to wait in a line to pay, if any line, more than 60 seconds. They offer the fuel cleaning additive, makes it so convenient to just do at the pump and mixes with the gas like it should. You don't have to buy fuel injector cleaner, put it in after you use up most of your gas, and fill up your car to mix it, just push a button, start the gas and presto! Plus I love that they offer the HEB brand, cold 20 oz bottles, of coke. They are only something like $1.28 or something like that, and while it's always cheaper to get a 12 packs or case in most instances, it's a lot better than paying $2.50 to $3.50 for a name brand. Thank you HEB!!!!!!”
“It's what you would expect from a former luxury brand store that's closing it's doors. They were still holding on to the image and prices though. Still had pans and pots sets for over $500 and kitchen knives sets staying $100+ range.”

“Hello to all of you Walmart shoppers who have had good and bad experiences at our friendly Neighborhood Walmart's. I'll start out by saying I bought an Acer Computer from Walmart about 3 months ago and nothing to do with Walmart. It was just a bad computer. It happens. I found out it wouldn't work due to issues with the Internet card. After doing a few computer steps, the manufacturer walked me through. No problem, right ? Wrong ! The steps didn't work. Walmart had to follow their procedure, which I completely understood. So they had me send it back to the manufacturer, which I did due to it being 3 months later. The manufacturer sent it back to me 1 week later, and I was excited, saying it was all repaired. I plugged it in and turned it on, and it was all in Spanish. I called the manufacturer once again now beyond upset. The problem is I can speak limited Spanish but can't read it in the slightest. So I called the manufacturer once again and again talked to me as if I should read and understand Spanish as he was talking down to me as if im the problem. They didn't do anything to help me, but tell me they'll have to escalate it to the next level since he couldn't walk me through the process. That means I'd have to wait until Monday when they are open during normal business hours. I've been dealing with this piece of junk for 3 months now, and I'm over it. So I took my computer back into my local Walmart on Saratoga in Corpus Christi. The first person I had seen looked like a store manager, so I walked up to her, and she was this very professional and sweet person named Autumn. After not even a minute I had explained what I've been going through and dealing with, and instead of her turning away and saying sorry there's nothing she could do, like I've already experienced the week before. She said, "Come with me, and she took me over to the return desk." She immediately said Sir I will help you. " She definitely knows how to deal with people and has this very kind and calm disposition. She handled me like I've known her for years and like a family member. We took the computer back to her top Computer Tech / Associate named Max. Max is this very humble and extremely knowledgeable computer tech, willing to do everything Autum had asked of him. He tried his very best for an hour or so to repair the computer. Nothing worked. Autumn gave me a full refund and was very apologetic and even asked me if I'd like to know which store carries this same computer. I said yes, and she gave me the address. I couldn't be happier this ordeal is over. I am a loyal Walmart customer and will continue to be thank you, Autumn and Max, for giving me your very best and making a customer happy.”

“Walmart in Corpus Christi is a convenient and well-kept location, perfect for travelers! The store was easy to find, not far from the main highway, making it a breeze to stop in for essentials while on the road. The floors were clean, and the racks were neatly organized, making for a hassle-free shopping experience. It wasn’t busy when we visited, so we were able to get in and out quickly.
Although I shop at Wal-Marts, this one had a fun gigantic map right out front that was easily noticeable. That was something unique ??

“This is my favorite Family Dollar in town. It's always clean, doesn't stink, isn't trash on the floor, they always greet you & are always helpful. There are never disheveled shelves or just stuff in random places or thrown about, BECAUSE the staff stay busy & I'm sure there are customers who make plenty of mess. There are carts there in isles a lot for stocking, but it's always out of the way as much as possible. Some family dollar stores are AWFUL! GOOD JOB YA'LL”
