“We were back to school shopping and my daughter decided she wanted to try something a little different this year. We went into Cavenders to get a few things. The environment was very welcoming. As were the employees. One stood out that most, RC because right away he struck up a friendly conversation and pointed us in the right direction and sent us to people that would be able to help us. We pivoted and decided to go look at clothes first but when we came back to the boots, he was right there t eady to help. He paired up my husband and nephew with an associat to help them and he helped my daughter and I. He was very knowledgeable and helped answer any question she and I had. He helped her to find a pair of boots, offered to stretch them. He was polite, friendly and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable for everyone. I like when a sales person isnt pushy and their very laid back. She decided she wanted to get her boots stretched some, so he took our information and stay in touch through the whole process. If you need to stop in at Cavenders, I highly recommend asking for RC to assist with any of your shopping needs. You wont regreat it.”
