“I went in today (June 25, 2026) to have some documents notarized and witnessed. Kasandra Franco helped me. She is AMAZING! She is knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. She made me feel so welcome, even helped me also mail a document so that I wouldn't have to make an additional trip to the post office. She informed me of all the best ways to do this.
It is rare in this day and time to have customer service over and beyond like this. She is a true asset to The UPS Store. I will go to her for all of my needs in the future. Thank you Kasandra!”
