“Great furniture. We have bought living room furniture, dining room furniture, mattresses and even hook on bed rails for a twin bed I used as a child, they are the best. Stop by and go shopping, great prices, have bought furniture locally in the past but Empire Furniture for Less has better quality than others. Try them out. Mr. Lonnie has helped us out throughout our purchase. Thanks again Lonnie.”
“My wife and I stopped into Ashley Furniture in Corpus Christi to look at mattresses and Carlos helped us out. I really can’t say enough good things about the experience.
From the beginning, Carlos was extremely helpful and informative without ever being pushy. He answered all of our questions, helped us get numbers together, explained the differences between the mattresses we were looking at, and most importantly, just let us take our time. At no point did it feel like he was trying to steer us toward a certain product or pressure us into buying something.
Toward the end, I mentioned that we’re actually moving to Fredericksburg soon and asked him if he worked on commission and whether he would still get credit if we ended up purchasing from an Ashley closer to where we’re moving. He told me he wouldn’t, but what really stood out to me was that absolutely nothing about the way he treated us changed after that. He knew there was a good chance we weren’t going to buy anything from his store, and he still gave us the same amount of time, attention, and help as he had from the moment we walked in.
That kind of customer service is getting harder to find. I really appreciated being able to shop and ask questions without feeling like I was constantly being sold something. Even knowing he might not make the sale, Carlos still made sure we were taken care of and had all the information we needed.
If you’re shopping at the Ashley Furniture in Corpus Christi, I’d definitely recommend asking for Carlos. He made the whole experience easy and comfortable, and we really appreciated the way he treated us.”
“The salesman “Jon” was very helpful and willing to work with my wife and I busy schedule. Even offered to come in on his day off to make sure we were taken care of. My first furniture purchase experience and furniture row and Jon made it easy as can be”
“Chris and Donovan let me know when they were arriving. When they got here they introduced themselves and I showed them where it was going. They brought in the base, installed it, then brought in the mattress. The made sure everything worked and showed me the features. They removed all of the trash and were on their way to their next destination in under 40 minutes. They did an excellent job.”
“Matt was very helpful during my visit. Very knowledgeable about the various mattresses and was able to help me find what I was looking for and keep me within the requested price range.”
“Kari was knowledgeable about the products and listened to what I was saying. She didn’t try to switch me into higher items and was considerate of my needs. Mattress Firm has always been reliable and as I have moved I’ve purchased at different locations. Kari and the Ennis Joslin store more than lived up to my expectations. Very accommodating.”
“I visited the Chubby's and was pleasantly greeted by Rosie! I told her that I was looking for a mattress - she explained the benefits and mattresses of the type that I was looking for and helped me select a mattress that fit within my budget. She was very professional and knowledgeable and I will definitely purchase a mattress from her!”
“Big thanks to Gabriel for all his help in getting furniture delivered and assembled for my moms move to an Assisted Living facility. We were concerned about the place not being ready but he did an awesome job getting it on time and assembled. Thanks again Gabriel.”
“They were great ! Straight to the point in price. The credit process is quick and easy and we go 0% Apr for 3 years 🙌 depending on how much you spent! Great service all around. You’ll definitely find your mattress here 🙏🥰”
“Great experience. Carlos was very professional, answered my questions well and helped me find the best mattress to meet my needs. Angel and Donovan delivered the mattress and when I saw that the mattress was too high on my existing box springs, they suggested a low profile box spring. Within an hour, they delivered the new box spring. Very considerate and outstanding customer service. Thank you Chubby’s, Carlos, Angel, Donovan and Rose. I say ~ shop at Chubby’s!”
“Ashley was amazing! She made our shopping experience 10/10 she was lovely and patient as we asked for many quotes on different items. We will be returning and shopping with her in the future!”
“Purchased a full mattress with my own special needs putting it in an RV. Special reach out to Jamie at the other store for being very helpful and directing us to the product we purchased, and thanks to our sales rep Andrew for helping us find and test the item on the showroom, make sure the item was in hand in the warehouse, purchase the item via snap, and even showed up at the warehouse to check on things when I picked it up. Above and beyond customer service. This is at least my 3rd purchase here and will return. Thanks guys.”
“Sara was amazing and super helpful making sure I chose the right thing for me. She was so patient while I tried every single mattress 36 times lol 10 out of 10 highly recommend.”
“Michella was super helpful and patient, answered all our questions and we had a lot. We've been thinking about a new mattress for a while and she helped us find the right fit. Being delivered in a few weeks!”
“We had an issue with the mattress which was delivered to us and Mr. Cantwell contacted us and made things right. We've got a mattress which is just right and we couldn't be happier. Excellent customer service before and after the sale.”
“We had gone into Ashley before and were disappointed and underwhelmed. Dave at Rooms To Go was a breath of fresh air! Not only was he knowledgeable about product, he was not at all pushy, and he was pretty fun to be around for the hour we shopped. We got a killer deal on this entire living room suit. It is just my style and was sitting in my home within 48 hours. Dave helped with interest free financing and answered all of our questions! In a few months I'll be back to see Dave and to upgrade our bedrooms! A+ service, great experience! 10/10 would recommend. Ask for Dave!”
“Some time ago i was a in home provider to a man with muscular dystrophy. A bed bound man. He is a nice man. His sister bought him a adjustable bed frame and mattress ten years prior with a 10 year warranty which only had a few months left. His plug to the bed started to strip because of his equipment to transfer him to the shower toilet and chair. He called cantwell. They came out said DO NOT plug it back in it's a safety hazard. They said they didn't know if the warranty would cover it but would talk to boss.
Cantwell Jr called him from San Antonio saying his team told him about the problem and his situation. That the warranty did not cover that, but he was going to send a new adjustable bed frame for free. He understood that without it he would be stuck in the same position for 8 hours at night. Atleast with the frame he could adjust his body comfortably. I will always come here because of that. Hearts of gold.”
“What a beautiful furniture store located on N Padre Island Tx!! We visited and the owner was so welcoming. We walk the huge showroom and the pieces give off such an Islander vibe. Comfortable too. Loved so many things and will have to return.”

“Diego was awesome! He did not make me feel pressured to purchase out of my price range and offered solutions and plans based on what my goal was. He was very informative on different mattress qualities, payment plans, and warranty questions. Highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a mattress, box spring, pillows, and/or sheets!”
