“Purchased a full mattress with my own special needs putting it in an RV. Special reach out to Jamie at the other store for being very helpful and directing us to the product we purchased, and thanks to our sales rep Andrew for helping us find and test the item on the showroom, make sure the item was in hand in the warehouse, purchase the item via snap, and even showed up at the warehouse to check on things when I picked it up. Above and beyond customer service. This is at least my 3rd purchase here and will return. Thanks guys.”

“It's zbout the only choice after walmart.or michaels. But I drive from rockport. And was pretty upset when there's nobody to help in the yarn and fabric area. Theni fineally go to the front. There's a long line. One cashier. I was ready to just walk out. Was looking around,obviously pissed,and his girl who was just standing there,called gor someone to come run a register. Idk what she was there for ,security??? They pay someone to stand there,but nobody in the other departments to help. I think one lady cut her own fabric while I was looking for help. Think I'll try michaels next time.”

“We had gone into Ashley before and were disappointed and underwhelmed. Dave at Rooms To Go was a breath of fresh air! Not only was he knowledgeable about product, he was not at all pushy, and he was pretty fun to be around for the hour we shopped. We got a killer deal on this entire living room suit. It is just my style and was sitting in my home within 48 hours. Dave helped with interest free financing and answered all of our questions! In a few months I'll be back to see Dave and to upgrade our bedrooms! A+ service, great experience! 10/10 would recommend. Ask for Dave!”

“During our stay, we went to several souvenir shops and walked out disappointed by the prices untill we walked into this store.
Both of my kids found a large stuffed animal for less than $20. At the other souvenir shops you could only buy a small stuffed animal for $20.
My husband found a hat that he really liked at the souvenir shop with the shark out front but did not want to pay the $35 for it. We walked into this store and he found the same hat for $13. We also walked out with some T-shirts!
So glad we went into this store!”

“They have a wide variety of nice items that change a lot. They also have no online ordering due to the changing of items throughout the year. They do not have any delivery options, so if there's a large item, you have to find a way to transport it yourself.
It's too bad. I wanted to buy a large item they had, but my car is too small to transport it. I suppose I'll save $ though..

They took it out the store, took it apart, and put it in my car for me!”
“Wow!!! I placed an order with At Home with only $10 delivery charge. We live about 40 minutes from the store. It was supposed to come tomorrow. We ate dinner and the order was already here!!! Amazing service! I will definitely start looking at this as a new shopping option as Amazon's lead time has been getting very bad here. This will give me an option for items that At Home has. Great job!!!”
“I went to another craft store and balked at the knitting supplies. 1 set of circular needles for $8! INSANE! And the yarn selection was abysmal. But here?? Got the same needles for $1.49, and in the yarn weight I wanted, I found some that didnt feel like the green part of an over-used dish sponge! All around 100% recommend for fiber artists!”

“This location is one of the most clean and quiet Ross' I've ever been too. Very tidy, nothing thrown all over the place like others I have been too. The locations in houston are a mess compared to this one. It seems as if the employees like working here.”
