Worst customer service ever received at herts, such a rude and unprofessional customer service from Herts/thrifty. Both manager and the employee was extremely rude and being Racist.

Prepaid a reservation online, upon arrival they said they were experiencing delays and tried to upsell me so that I did not have to sit through the estimated 40 minute wait time.
