U-Haul Moving & Storage of Crosstown offers truck rentals, trailers, and other moving solutions. Reviews note the staff is often described as very helpful, professional, totally awesome, and ready to assist, with vehicles prepared early. The 24/7 convenience of the application is appreciated, though some customers report occasional issues with not receiving the specific truck or pickup truck reserved, sometimes receiving an equivalent that costs more in gas. The key retrieval process can sometimes require phone assistance. Experiences with individual staff members vary, with some employees being very friendly and others noted as not very friendly or helpful. The return process is frequently described as a breeze. While there is praise for efficient service, some feedback suggests that better advance preparation for early reservations could improve customer convenience.
The service was great! The rental went smooth and we were out of there pretty quick. Thanks again. Ray & Yolanda Gonzalez
