U-Haul Moving & Storage at N Chaparral offers a wide range of moving solutions, including truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, pickup trucks, and self-storage. They also provide portable U-Box containers, Moving Help® providers, hitch installations, moving and shipping boxes, and propane. According to the reviews, the overall experience at this location has been mixed. Some customers had a positive experience, with one reviewer praising the professionalism and helpfulness of an employee named Joseph Flores. The reviewer mentioned that the truck was new and well-suited for their needs, and they expressed their intention to be a repeat customer and recommend U-Haul to friends and family. However, other customers had a less satisfactory experience. One reviewer reported that the interior of the van they rented was not clean, with dog hair and cookie scraps present. They also mentioned that the exterior of the van was not washed, and they were disappointed that they were not informed about the van being reported as stolen during their rental. Another reviewer had issues with the scheduling of their auto transport pickup, having to make a 50-mile round trip due to the manager's poor planning. Despite these mixed reviews, one customer had a positive experience with the service provided by employees Joseph and Romeo, who were able to fix an issue with the trailer light module and provide the customer with the right trailer for their needs.

I really can’t say that I can make a suggestion to better the service. I was very satisfied the way the staff handled my rental agreement. I even had an emergency, and they were very helpful in assisting me through that situation. I am very pleased and grateful for being so understanding.
