“I needed blinds for 19 windows, and I had detailed measurements for each window. George M. patiently helped me look at some custom blind options to order, but ultimately I decided to go with the Home Decorators Collection that were in the store. I selected the Premium 2.5” faux wood blinds. To my surprise they had all of the various sizes of blinds I needed in stock. George helped me find all of the blinds, used the ladder to pull a couple down from the top shelf, and then he did custom cuts on several blinds that needed adjusting. Honestly, this was a lot of work! George hung in there with me and was pleasant to work with. My husband and I have installed the blinds, and we are pleased with the results.? Thank you, George, for going above and beyond to help me with this project! I really was thrilled to leave the store with all of my blinds ready to install. Your customer service was extraordinary!!”
